This is Desert Hot Springs hardware store. If you don't want to drive 15 miles come here. People are VERY nice! They are trying to get their inventory back up to pre Covid levels.

This is my all time favorite store. They do customer service differently here. The second you walk in the door there is ALWAYS an employee waiting to assist you with your purchase. They are always professional and treat me great. If every store behaved the way True Value Hardware does, Amazon would be out of business in a week.

Town Center True Value Hardware embodies what a hardware store should provide to its customers. Normally I’d go into a neighborhood hardware store and ask a simple question like if they have XYZ, and the store representative will take me to where such item might be and if I’m lucky stand there and look dumb, like me, at the shelves. Not at THIS store! Not only does this store employ caring individuals, but people that want to know what I’m trying to accomplish if I don’t know what I’m looking for, then give me intelligent options to solve my problem. This team not only understands their product and their customers, but they also understands what it means to help customers solve their challenges. Well done, and you have a customer for life, my friends!

Fantastic store with absolutely everything. I like to tinker and the giant selection of nuts, bolts, screws, knobs, brushings, spacers and........ You get the idea. If you need an old school hardware store with modern convenience and great service it really is True Value.

In all my days I have never exp. the professional help looking up material as a lady came up to assist me she knew where every item I was looking for and I never got her name but she deserves a hi salary and she also took my friend to completely different items and had her all items filled in min. Great place to shop for sure Thank you man It was Sunday May 23 so I hope the lady receives this Jesse Hanson

I have visited the store on a few occasions with my dog and the staff is very pleasant and helpful, one staff member even gave my dog a treat. I love that the layout of the store is open and organized and not cluttered like the other local hardware store. On one occasion I purchased a bit more than I originally came in for and a staff member helped me to my car, what fabulous service. It’s wonderful to have another hardware store option in Palm Desert. If you’re at the cashier and thinking of buying those Tutu tortilla chips on the far right side, please do, you won’t regret it. They are from a local business and super tasty. I grab a bag every time I’m in store.
