Great organization. They showed us their bobcats, shy pumas, possums, raccoon, hawks. They try to release back to the wild if possible. They only display those that cannot. Nice enclosures and interesting presentation before. Highly recommended for school field trips. This was 6th grade and was right at the level. Also, the sell owl boxes for humane gopher control.

Brought them a bat today and instead of doing anything to try and help rehabilitate the animal, they immediately euthanized it. I NEVER would have brought the animal to a REHABILITATION place if I would have known all they were going to do is kill it. There reasoning was that after being euthanized they can test for rabies even though the animal had ZERO sign of it. Last time I’m taking an animal here and never supporting this place again.

Really sorry about calling and asking about killing a turkey. Thought it was game warden not a rescue place. My apologies

Thank-you so much for coming to pick up a sick injured raccoon so quickly. I called 5 different animal organizations before a friend referred me to your wildlife rescue.

Saw a racoon in-person for the first time in my life so I was excited. I love this Sanctuary's mission and what they do. Really loved the tour and learning about the what we can do to live more mindfully with our wildlife and I love the services they offer as well. Very interested in buying an owl box from them when I have my own house someday.

Great for kids. You have to call first to make an appointment to visit. Interesting and and informed guide gave us a great tour. Took questions and comments from all including my eccentric 9 year old who tends toward rambling stories. Great time and good information about Sonoma county wildlife.

This is a great place to visit for a tour for adults or families with kids. Learn about the wildlife that live among us, ask animal experts about humane exclusion methods for animal nuisances in your home or business and support the endeavors of this wonderful community project. Check out their educational animals who are ambassadors for our wildlife neighbors, wild animals who for various reasons cannot be released back into the wild. This organization helps our wild friends who are found sick and injured to recover and return home! -former volunteer
