Terrible customer service. No napkins to be found anywhere. The place was a pig pen. corporate need to shut the place down or take over.

All my combos were missing fries and drinks. Missing other items as well. Fries I ordered separately and this is all was given. Chicken looks burnt and looks like someone ate it. Will not be ordering from this place ever again.

We made an order for 12 chicken tenders and they gave us 10 in the box and we had to drive 1mile back to tell them that they messed up the order and they gave 1 and a half. They don’t even deserve the one start of there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would give them.

Let's see...drive through person hates her job. They tossed the mashed potatoes on their side inside the biscuit box spilling the gravy and smashing a biscuit. Didnt give any of the normal condiments like fake honey or butter. Dodnt ask if I wanted a dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken. Didnt get a receipt. And I just realized, how did 3 biscuits, 2 small mashed potatoes, popcorn chicken and a med Pepsi cost 18 dollars? Lol. Garbage place. Dont go. Youll be disappointed.

I went yesterday for some chicken. It was delicious. BUT!!!! I don't know what they're putting in the chicken grease, but like once before, it has desensitized my mouth, like if the grease coated my mouth and I was only able to taste the chicken, mash and gravy and Cole slaw, I couldn't taste the Pepsi that I love so much but couldn't taste it. I stopped eating here for this reason for a long time, and then about a year later I had some and it didn't happen. I know corporate knows what in that grease that makes us only taste their food and nothing else. It's sad because I loved KFC. This nasty coating left in my mouth turned me off. As much as I brushed my teeth and tongue, that coating was still there, just not as much because I was able to taste my coffee and food, just not the soda I had with my lunch today. I'm hip to what they're doing, only allowing us to taste their food and nothing else. Too bad. As much as I loved the food, I can't continue to eat it, due to that nasty greasy coating in my mouth.

Do yourself a flavor and DO NOT Order from this KFC. Honestly this place needs to be shut down. From someone that resides in Pittsburg and has personal experience ordering from here when I first moved here years ago I have no idea how they are still in business. Haven’t ordered in years but doing DoorDash have had multiple complaints, not to mention every time I pick up orders from here the employees are rude as hell! The lobby is always gross and it’s not even open. They eat in the kitchen behind the counter and they NEVER greet me when I come in. It’s pathetic, I’ve worked at a fast food restaurant and there’s zero excuse, I’ve had to have two ppl cancel their orders because of the lac of whatever is going on here. Just order from a different one seriously.
