I paid my bill in cash on the due date with the guy who claimed to be the manager and owner on Sat after noon when he was preoccupied chatting away about personal things with the only other person in the store and he didn't stop to help me. I had to repeat my info to him 3x to pay my bill. That night my phone service was terminated for non payment. When I went in the next morning he was there and there were no customers. He asked me to hang on while he finished putting pamphlets out. When I stated I wasn't happy that the first time I pay my bill at this location my service was shut off. He did not apologize. I told him I have to now take a day off work to go to court for not meeting my nightly call in obligation to my probation. He stated there was nothing he could do about that because it was the system that didn't register my payment. However I made my payment at 1pm on a Thursday when they don't close till 8pm. He should have known right away that my payment wouldn't process if it truly was the system. When I stated that it was unacceptable for my service to stop and there had been more than one opportunity for him to see there would be reason to show concern for his customer and their satisfaction he STILL showed no concern in fact he said well what do you want me to say it was the system, when did you make your payment? Are you kidding me??? There was NOBODY in the place when I paid HIM my payment and he didn't remember me. I told him yesterday at 1pm in cash to YOU! He asked me my number then asked me for it AGAIN then said you're name is Valerie? I said NO and stated my name then he asked for my pin and to give him my phone and in 30 seconds handed it back saying it's fine now. STILL NO APOLOGY for the trouble. When I told him it seemed like an easily resolved matter and that it was still unacceptable that I was shut off and now have to miss work AND go to court over their service. He STILL maintained the oh well attitude and again said what do you want me to say, I said how about something like an apology to your customer. He said well how about you and how you're acting at least I'm not on PAROLE! I told him THAT is why he has problems because he doesn't pay a bit of attention to his customers because I'm NOT ON PAROLE. By this time he's yelling and cussing at me every name there is and even still never displayed a second of concern for the issues I have coming forward due to his poor customer service and disgusting display of business practices. And for the record I work for Los Angeles County and the probation was for a non serious problem from an exboyfriends lies to manipulate me into so many endless trips to court so I'd move out and he could keep cheating with MY money and I wouldn't be able to stop him if he lied about me and created legal issues to keep me too busy to see what he was doing behind my back. This store has the very worst owner I've ever encountered at ANY business but when it's the company's failures that inconvenience a customer then I don't see how expecting an apology for the trouble I'm forced to endure was asking for too much. Apparently he did.
