Merrick
IMO best stop for brunch in the AV. They have a lot of unique flavors and spins on a traditional eggs benedict (the mardi gras is my favorite) and they are very friendly. A just right combination of tasty food and great diner service.

Order a California Benedict and asked to have the sausage switched with bacon. They gave me 3 tiny pieces of bacon and it was only half of my meal as well as hard boiling the eggs vs poaching them. They replaced eggs but felt that they gave me enough protein though it wasn't even on both sides of my eggs Benedict. This is after they rasied their prices 10% and their menu doesn't reflect that increase. POOR SERVICE!

Huge Shout-Out to the folks at Easy Egg Cafe♥️ Thank you for taking in The OG Quartz Hill Food Trucks crew this morning!!! We gathered today for a meeting of the minds at the food truck lot. As luck would have it🌧🌧it poured buckets! 🌧🌧 We needed a location change and with only 5 minutes notice EEC was ready with hot coffee as we slid thru the door. The team had huge smiles, helpful info and quick food delivery. Everyone’s food looked so yummy that I will definitely need to come back several times! My order was the QH Burrito and it was fantastic! Check them out! 50th/M

This morning we had breakfast here first time being there . I wanted to try something new so I was checking out new places the reviews were really good so I thought why not give them a try and I am so glad I did . The customers service is great and the food is outstanding. The place is so nice and welcoming it has great vibes. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

First of all let me say the food is amazing 5 stars. The gravy is fire 🔥. However the customer service is lacking . I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been amazing. During my last visit it was just a flop… first I asked that no whip cream be added to my French toast it came with whip cream , I did not complain I scraped it off the waitress seen me and said oh she put it on sorry she’s just used to adding it. Then she asked me if I needed salsa or hot sauce I said yes please ..I waited and waited salsa and hot sauce never came neither did the waitress. I also ordered coffee as their coffee is pretty good and I wanted more but nope no waitress ever came back. I decided to flag someone down to ask for some more coffee please , the waitress said sure and I waited and waited and no one came with coffee so we asked for our check and left.

First time eating and was disappointed. My order was wrong and toast was so cold the butter couldn't melt. While I was there I heard another ask if his order was correct because last time it was wrong. Also Tabasco and pepper were basically empty as well. Food was good but needed salt and pepper. Was not impressed....sorry.

Our first experience here was amazing and so we came back. Our 2nd and 3rd experience were ok but nothing to cry about. Today was the breaking point. Our food took 45min to come out. Another table that was seated after us got their food 5-10min before us. A table that was seated 10min after us got their food at the same time as we did. The customer service was lacking. Multiple times I heard the waitress apologize to customers saying she got distracted. Togo orders are completed first. So if you want hot food, order to go because you will wait an eternity. Poor customer service can make up for good food. If the food was good. The only thing hot was the fried steak. Sunny side eggs died in the window and were stone cold. I cant even begin to wonder why bananas foster looks like clarified butter in a bowl.

Where do I start!?!?! Their gravy is amazing!!! I've had it on the Loaded Breakfast Burrito with sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, and that delicious gravy. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with more gravy. Their burgers for lunch are delicious as well. I think there is nothing on the menu that I wouldn't eat or recommend.

First time I've been to Easy Egg. A few coworkers and I went after work this morning. We were the first through the door. I ordered the blueberry french toast. It was very good and had great plate presentation. Also our waitress was attentive and pleasant as well. I'll definitely be coming back.

Decided to finally try this cafe out after two years of living in the AV. I absolutely loved It! We ordered migas nachos, chicken fried steak, and French toast....all were fantastic. I deffinitely will be returning.
