This service is terrible. Last Thursday I made an appointment. This Thursday. Tell me Help me find a Chinese translator. It will take two hours to process. When we get here today, This service person is too bad. Tell me, let me find a Chinese translator myself. And it takes four hours to process. And then he said he wouldn't handle it for me for four hours. He asked me to go to another city to handle it. It takes four hours to drive. There are so many banks, you have to do it at your home. That's too bad. Would love to give him zero stars.

Closing early! WTH is up with Chase? They’ve removed any visible sign of customer service, closed the teller windows, and now the bank is locked up at 5:00pm. Time to look for a new bank!

I get a check from Chase Bank once a month and have gotten to know the people who work there and they are always nice

Checked hours before I left my house and showed up and they are closed. No reason why and no date when they will be open. When they were open they never answered the phone.

I been with chase for a while and I never really had any major problems with them, they really try their best to help the customers even when the bank can be short staffed with too many customers so I definitely give them credit for doing their best.

Chase Bank is a great place for those looking to open a checking or savings account. They have really low rates for there customers and they have free accounts for military.

Wow, very helpful service! I met with Katie so she could help me with a check and the service was amazing. On the way out, another employee who had first helped me remembered my name when she said goodbye - great customer service! I'd recommend making an appointment if you have business and need to meet with someone. Seems like they are a little busy for walk-ins in that regard, but in my case they tried and got me in as soon as they could.

Fast. Friendly. Accommodating. Customer Service is also fairly easy to deal with. I like the cardless ATM technology, and that after hours ATM access is inside a locked portion of the building. Only downfall is that chip reader doesn't always work, and there isn't a backup feature to gain entry if this happens to fail.

Yes, it took forever redialing to get someone to answer phone. they seem too busy to help anyone. When I walk into my credit union I am always helped immediately. If I didnt have to deal with CHASE Bank for a family member, I would never put a dime in it.
