Won't return. Can't understand why I paid $46 platinum wash but interior still dirty and dusty, never got air freshener and didn't clean my wheels. I won't return. 8/15/22 update. You asked me to return my vehicle to make right. This is not going happen. To add to my complaint the interior windows never got done. I had a cell phone mount on a suction cup, can see it on window. I stored it in the glove compartment, and it was missing. So one of your employees is a thief. Not one interior panel got wiped down, still showed dust and scuffs. I believe it has nothing to do with lack of employees, it's actually the lack of quality employees.

Service was very slow only 4 people detailing cvehicles, so far 60 minutes and my Vehicle hasn't even been washed. HORRIBLE service, I won't be back!!!

I paid 150$ for a mini detail, and to my dismay the interior mat and seats were not apart of the package… HOWEVER This place went above and beyond to fix their mistake and gave me a full detail. I will say that I still believe prices have skyrocketed through the roof, but after communicating with a foamy car wash representative, I understand. I truly hope that the extra costs are being properly allocated to the underserved groups working at this establishment. I hope and trust that laborers ARE given proper pay, breaks, and treatment here (especially in 100 degree + weather). Overall, the management could have been more communicative over the phone. I was under the impression that nothing would or could be done to solve such a frustrating misunderstanding. I would also like to suggest that signs be made easier to understand for an audience of clients who do not have prior knowledge of car parts/chemicals/treatments etc… Thank you again for your prompt response. I will continue to give my business to foamy car wash.

They only do $50 washes on trucks. They said large vehicles broke the chain drive on their auto wash feeder so now they only hand wash anything over 2000lbs. according to the ticket writer, which would be most cars.

We paid for the second highest service, which basically included everything: interior and exterior wax, carpet wash, vacuum, etc. the manager that day was extremely rude. He refused to even try to take stickers off windows even though I offered to pay extra. The car was done in 15 minutes. The interior looked exactly the same. No vacuum, forget wash or polish. We even tipped $5. I called the rude manager to take a look. He wiped here and there. Didn’t even apologize for the bad job. Never going to this car wash again. The quality has gone down the drain.

Service has gone down hill. I use to get great results, now this is what $49.99 gets you. No interior dressing. No mats cleaned. An okay wash. I had to tell their workers what was missing from what I paid for. I was better off going to the Express wash for $7. I will no longer need their service. How's this helps save your hard earned money.

I spent $26 + tip for a dirty car... the interior creases all had debris left in it and upon closer viewing there were still remnants of a bird who left his mark. All the customers (5 vehicles total... some had been there for an hour) were complaining on how long it was taking. I like to give the employees the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that are most likely tired, but for the price, it's just not worth it. I too work hard to make ends meet and thought I'd spoil myself with a carwash, but instead I just threw my money away. I will not be returning. Service: Auto interior vacuuming
