This is the same store as the East Coast Umbrella Company. I don't know if they are two separate businesses or not? Regardless, it's a great place for well-built custom furniture for beach/patio/lake house/etc. You're gonna pay a good price for the work, but it is quality. Also custom cushions in any color or pattern you can think of.

Lots of patio merchandise-----good quality, as well. Bought $1,000+ worth of furniture and cushions. My primary concern has to do with the behavior of the Operator/Owner. She does not possess strong, positive and warm "people" skills. She also did not use good judgement and common sense in her interactions with me on a couple of occasions during my visit. Since she is a mid-western United States "transplant", maybe her "coldness" and "curtness" are by-products of the culture from which she came. Nevertheless, great customer service is a basic skill that needs to be consistently demonstrated, regardless of where one is from; or how one might be feeling on a particular day. I will say that the other sales associate that helped us, a guy named Chris, was much more customer-focused than his "boss". Hopefully, the next time I visit the place EVERYONE will be a little bit more courteous.

We always stop going and coming back from Oak Island. We have purchased 3 umbrellas there and have lasted forever. The staff seems like family and you JUST can't go into the store without finding something you must have.

This place has any cool outside yard decorative that you could think of. Great environment an great very nice an very helpful folks. It's a little pricey but like my paw always told me, "You get what you pay for"! Highly recommend anyone who likes there yard to stop by there.
