Wellb I'll start with I never got to utter a word since the Walgreens troll posing for FedEx shipping was guarding the moat to the shipping counter. Im trying to ship Milwaukee tools in for repair and I was going to ask for help but the package troll greeted me with a riddle about package shipping which of course I didn't know I believe the riddle was (Uh UH YOU GOTS TO PACKAGE THAT UP WITH DA LABEL AN ALL DAT) the beast spoke finger wave hair dazzling in the incandescent I chose to go to another FedEx as I could not afford the troll tax

Worst experience in a pharmacy! Bebak pharmacist denied the use of coupon because it was 6:55 and had to pay full price of medicine! Lazy people, never coming back here...

I picked up some needles from the pharmacist which they gave me the wrong size and when I tried to exchange them for the proper size that we asked for the head pharmacist would not take them back and was so rude. My whole family will never go back to the store again.

Not enough staff, no carts or baskets available, and many products are locked behind glass. Never shopping here again.

Terrible experience waiting for a COVID test, in a time where nobody is even testing because COVID numbers are way down. Been waiting 20 minutes at the window and the employees just pass by without giving me a look. I call and they say they’re helping other people so I’m out of luck. Meanwhile there is no one else behind me in the drive through line so I’m just waiting while others get served. Do not come to this location.

I was willing to wait how ever long it took with the pharmacy. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes only for them to hang up on me. Unprofessional. Again I'm not complaining about the wait. Just for hanging up on me while I was waiting. Because they picked up(didn't say anything), put me on hold again, and then they answered again and hung up.

They took a loooong time to pack my curbside pickup order almost 2 and a half hours and all I ordered was chips and coconut oil. I finally just walked in the store myself to receive it. The tan mid age cashier lady who was there today at 11:30am seemed careless about helping me . I asked her if my order was ready to pick up and she said in a rude tone " I don't know I can't see your order on your phone " what is she blind? No help from her whatsoever. I finally received my order from a gentleman cashier but he didn't apologize for the super long wait - catrina

Pharmacy hours change all the time and they don't update the website. The Walgreens app constantly notifies that something is ready when, at this location, it's not. Extremely judgmental and rude pharmacists.

Just go to a different one, it’s just not worth it. This is the second time in a few weeks that I’ve gone in for a service that they specifically list on their website as offering at this particular location. Not only did they not offer those services when I got there, the employees seemed mad at me for even asking about it somehow? Plus the location is awful, it somehow has entrances on 3 roads and I still can’t get to it easily. Again, just pick a different drugstore, they’re a dime a dozen.

The pharmacists at this location are rude and inconsiderate to say the absolute least. I call in to the pharmacy after my prescriptions have been refilled by my doctor, and the pharmacist on the phone states that they will be ready for pick up on the 23rd. When I arrive on the 23rd, not only is the medication not ready, but a very rude gentleman tells me that it is too soon to be refilled (despite the information provided over the phone 2 days previous). After a bit of discussion the same gentleman tells me to come back in 1 hour, he is too busy. This was at 8:01am - the store just opened and no one was in line (see pic). Needless to say I’ll be switching to Rite Aid or CVS. #Rude #TerribleCustomerService
