Absolute terrible staff, the lady at the drive-thru decided to have an argument with me over my drink order. I asked for a secret menu item called a undertow which is a very basic drink with simply two shots of espresso two pumps of vanilla and some cream. She then went on a tangent about how it's a custom made of drink and that no nobody knows how to make it. They then decided to be cold at the window, not speaking at all ignoring my presence for about 5 minutes until my drink was already cold when I received it. When I then ask for napkins for the clearly spilled and dirty cup they had handed me she handed me a small napkin and didn't say a word as I finished paying. The staff was very impersonal and she didn't even say have a nice day or goodbye I had to initiate. I would not recommend this Starbucks as it clearly lacks leadership and teamwork.

They need to turn off mobile ordering if only the drive through is open. I ordered ahead before church & went to grab it, and ended up having to sit in the drive through line. There is no purpose to mobile ordering if you have to sit in line anyway...and the coffee has been sitting out for 15 min by the time you get to the window

Service and our Lattes were great. No indoor dining right now, but you can order at the counter inside, Mobile Order, or use the Drive Through. 5/21/2022: It happened. Starbucks raised the prices on their drinks this week. Can't blame them though, prices are climbing and there is no end in sight. The worldwide supply chain ⛓️ is so messed up after the COVID pandemic. I will say the service and the taste are still Starbucks high standards, so I will continue to get my Iced Chai Tea Latte's at Starbucks, when I can, but I will have to cut back due to over all information. We used the Drive Thru for today's visit.

We normally come here order the ice peach green tea with light ice and extra peach juice. This is the worst ever happened. The first drink tasted like just green tea and water, I went in store asked them to remake one, the guy remade it for me. This time is worst. More water than the tea, and there is no peach juice inside at all. I was annoyed and my husband went in store let them know and asked for refund. Waste of my time , it’s just better to go to the one at galleria

Usually they are great. Today the front counter was more interested in catching up with old co-workers than making coffee. Took 15 min to get my coffee when I was the only person in the store that had ordered. If you go I recommend just waiting in the drive thru.

I always enjoy the coffee at Starbucks. The issue with this location is the overwhelming amount of mobile orders they receive. This creates an issue with walk-ins and how long it can take to get an order. They have plenty of staff, just this location is way to busy for the amount of orders they get. I can say, the 30minutes I spend on average waiting for my drink, I've never had a drink made wrong and only seen 1 drink made not to the customers standard.

2 times now I have ordered my drink with sweet cream cold foam and they keep just putting effing whipped cream on it like I’m dumb and won’t notice? What is so hard about just doing your job properly. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but like come on man.

Typical Starbucks, makes great drinks. The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, greeting me even when I'm running in for a quick online order. The inside atmosphere of the store is nice although small and seating can be fairly limited. A few times my drink has not been made correctly, however the staff has always been eager to remake it right for me when this was brought to their attention.
