This place was amazing.I was in search of a smoke shop, not being familiar with the area, it was late, a lot of the time what I'm looking for isn't carried, and the discomfort of going into a unfamiliar smoke shop is not one of my favorite things . I was one of two customers and the place had one clerk behind the counter. Not a big deal because once the clerk came available he was quick, knowledgeable and educational. Sometimes there are appropriate names for what you are in search of and sometimes using the incorrect term is, dependent on the clerk, a deny of sale. I used what I thought was appropriate and now due to an understanding and incredible employee I will know in the future, whatever smoke shop I go into.

SALES AND DEALS Don’t go anywhere else! I’ve been to 1000 Vape stores and this outfit shines brighter than any other. The amount of quality they have on the shelf is only surpassed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I MUST say Tyler helped me for quite a bit making a decision. He made it easy bc he knew all about the products. I must thank Giovanni as well bc he was more of the same, just a great guy. Vape shops can be sketchy, this place isn’t.

I used to go here weekly due to the convenience of the location, but recently had an experience that will probably deter me from ever coming back here. I wanted to get a deal on bowl pieces as I had gotten 2 for 30 before, and was told that the best they could do is 10% on cheap glass from china - I’m not spending 24 bucks on something that is gonna break from the tiniest impact. I know for a fact that most of the merchandise here is way more expensive than just getting from any other smoke shop. I have looked up a piece in the store that was being marketed as double the price as online. Pshhhh I’m not sure if the owner changed or what, but I won’t be returning and you just lost a loyal customer of 4+ years! Bye!!

Bought 4 disposable vapes(Hyppe max flow tank) and 2 of them were tasted burnt immediately. They only do exchanges for them if they were tried in the store before leaving, even tho they have tanks and you can clearly see the liquid inside. Never shopping here again.

This place rocks and is always a great, convenient, and happy place to stop in at. I recently just purchased a new disposable that charges and it must've been a dud because after the first charge it died. I went in again last night and purchased my normal brand and told Gerry (employee/manager) what had happened just so he knew for future customers and he immediately replaced it. Going above and beyond as real customer service should. Thank you!!

Place is nice and new. Staff cool. Prices are high compared to other places. I haven't complained so far but this is the 3rd time i am getting leaky and used bottle of juice for $22.. 1/8th of it missing and when pouring the juice the whole container leaks on the sides.. not cool... P.S. customers check your stuff before leaving the store...

Came in with limited knowledge on everything related to vaping. Between Carly and Phil, I walked out far more confident. They walked me through the process of setting up, gave good tips, and really gave me their time (which ever beginner really needs). It was an amazing experience! Definitely my top shop.
