Customer service is not what it was before. The woman cashier at the Walgreens on 2050 Glenoaks Blvd San Fernando just gave me and my friend (Senior gentleman) the worst attitude. He simply asked for a bag and she accused him of saying “no” when she asked if he wanted one. I personally heard when he said yes! When I said that he answered yes she had the audacity to tell me “no, he did not”! I will be writing a thoughtful letter about this woman to Corporate. She has been rude in the past, so I hope she gets help and is RETRAINED on how to respect an elderly person and overall good customer service skills. I didn’t catch her name but she has excessive Botox on her bottom lip and a lazy presence (wearing weird leggings and baggy t-shirt). Her hair looked like she had just rolled out of bed. I hope I don’t learn later on that she is the manager at the store 🤦🏻♀️

I just want to thank Daniel Valdez the pharmacy tech who goes beyond his call of duty, he is super patient, nice and super helpful, he is one of the few ones at this store, and I don't see him as often as I would like. Thank you Daniel for being so diligent ! I really appreciate you!

If there option to put 0 stars I would. The workers there have poor service to us customers. Also they are VERY rude. waited for the photos and they asked us to wait 2 hours while the computer said 30 minutes.

I didn't realize that I wasn't a member, so they set me up and I received a lot of discounts, $ back in my pocket! Easy and fast to sign up!

The worst pharmacy workers ever had to deal with and I hope they spend their time eating medicine because they don’t care about customers but only about it been angry soul. Sorry for walgreen that hire those unprofessional people

This is the best pharmacy. I switched several years ago and have never gone back even when it would be easier to go somewhere closer. They are great!

Always a good place to shop (when you know where everything is) and get your prescriptions (the wait is 10 minutes) . They are set up like a mini grocery store - cold beverage coolers - and every day items. You can find just about anything and always well stocked. CAUTION - They used to have great prices, discounts, and club member deals. Due to major inflation in Los Angeles County, this store has jacked up the price of everything.

Okay so I have never been to this location and probably won’t ever go again. Mostly because there are closer pharmacies near me. But I had a return for fedex and this location accepts returns. I wish I asked the young man’s name but he was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my return. Every time we hit a roadblock, he quickly thought of ways for me to make this return successful, even going to the back to print out my label for me as I was ill prepared. I don’t know his name but I remember his ears were stretched (with large gauges).All the staff was friendly enough that day as well even though this guy was mainly the only one I interacted with. Thank you very much !

Wow it’s been 1 hour 15 min waiting for my minor’s Vaccine and there’s NO ONE in front of me ….. so so annoyed. Only came here because they close later and don’t wanna pull 13 yrs old from school. They haven’t vaccinated ANYONE since I got here. The worst ever. I called early this morning and I was told no appointments needed. My child doesn’t do well w vaccines. Pharmacist said I’d wait at door which was about 6 feet away but my dish Hydee ame me the scare look and asked if I could stand next to her, she quickly cut me off and stayed saying she’s done so many of these kids that’s re scared that she knows what’s she’s doing. So I shut. She asked my daughter a few questions and stated getting nervous so I whispers to her that she’ll be ok to breath and she scolded t me that I want helping and making it worse! I stopped back and let her vaccinate. Then I let her have it politely and said that she didn’t have to rude as it’s my child and I know how she gets and that I understood she was the only one available. But how is that my fault for her rudeness. I told her I’d give her a bad review and walked away. So we wait 15 min just in case. We sat at Pic area since there was no where to sit as by now it’s full. To top it off the card is SLOPPY! Last name is not legible. WORSE EVER DO NOT COME HERE.
