This location is great. Ayleen and her team have been so helpful for me. This has been my primary pharmacy for years and I have nothing but good things to say about Alyeen and the team. They are always willing to help and they are very knowledgeable. They are some of the nicest pharmacists I have met.

I called this store to see why I can’t get the eye drops on an order for Target. Since this is the CVS “inside” the Target I figured the product is unavailable through CVS and that it is therefore unavailable for Target to pull from the shelf. I spoke to a CVS employee, posed my question & she abruptly said speak to Target, I “tried” to ask her if it was there at CVS, she hung up on me! I called back, got a woman’s voice & explained that someone rudely hung up on me, bam, she hung up on me again! I called back, got a man & asked for a manager. Well it was the same woman, I barely got a word & she hung up a third time. I called corporate & reported the her & the failure she was in representing CVS.

Needed to get 2nd Shingrix-time sensitive for 2nd shot. - CVS online appts not working, and they don't have Shingrix. All they could give me was a late 5:30 appt. Very rude and nasty staff. Run don't walk away from these pharm staff! This the result of medical drs abandoning patients to sleezy retail stores!

Just want to give a shout-out to the pharmacy. I got a COVID vaccine at 5pm today. There was some complications because I had booked it at another CVS pharmacy. The employees were very helpful working through this.

Went to website and it didn’t say needed to register online. I dropped in thinking they took walk ins. The lead pharmacist took me and said will be 20 minutes. I kept waiting and asked twice every 25 mins. how much longer will it be. I registered at 3:20 and didn’t get my shot til 4:12 only bc I made some noise about the wait. Had I known it would take so long I would’ve cancelled the appointment. In fact I had so much time to kill I made an appointment that evening at a Safeway store near my place. You figure it takes 2 mins. to get their shots and even with seven customers ahead of me (I observed this) still the wait time is unacceptable. She should’ve been more upfront about the wait time, then I wouldn’t have been so aggravated. I know they were short handed. There should be at least four pharmacists, but were only two to run the entire pharmacy.
