I came across Lang Antiques by accident when I was looking for aquamarine rings. I then found one that I really liked and contacted Tracey. I got an answer straight away. I was still concern about purchasing anything online but my mind was put at rest by the amazing reviews and the efficient service I received from Tracey. I was a little concern about the taxes etc imposed by UK customs /FEDEX but it was all worth it as I was told beforehand everything that was expected. Tracey had been very helpful from the beginning to the end without putting any pressure whatsoever. Lang antiques have amazing collections and they seem to know a lot about gemstones and antiques, so any purchase from them is guaranteed to be good quality - my ring actually looked better in person, so I am very pleased. Thank you Tracey for making my bday very special as I got the ring the day before my birthday! 🙏

Tracey was the most dedicated and kind person that I have met in the process of finding the perfect engagement ring (and believe me, I have met many people during this process). Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she was always available to answer questions, she created tons of photo albums for us, and she even met with us virtually! Secondly, Lang's expertise in vintage and antique jewelry made us feel comfortable with purchasing from them. EXCELLENT 5 star company! My search for a birthstone ruby ring led me to Lang jewelry. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly. I was given the information I needed to make an educated decision and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Elizabeth Woolf-Willis was patient with all my concerns ordering an expensive ring on-line. She educated me and sent numerous additional photos to help me decide between three other rings. No high pressure sales tactics. I felt genuine care for me as a customer. I purchased the ring which was sent Fed Express 2-day mail with signature required. It was sent in a medium size box within another box, solidly packed. I received email notification throughout the process. The ring was cleverly wrapped in Lang tissue paper and truly looked like a gift. Also included was an AIGS report on the ruby size and quality. I opened the ring box and was more pleased than expected. The price and quality of the ruby stone and the platinum setting was excellent. Resizing was included in the cost. After seeing the ring in person, it was sent back to Lang for sizing at no cost. The perfectly sized ring was completed and returned to me in a week. I can't believe it was expanded from 5 1/2 to size 7 without any evidence of the work done. I purchased a Rose Gold Seahorse ring with a 20 Karat Blue Sapphire with diamonds and it is exquisite! Tracey McGrath, my E-Commerce Sales Associate provided extraordinary service. She called me right after my purchase to make sure the size I requested for resizing was verified and included. She worked with me to make sure I received my ring "personally" which provided me with a great level of comfort because my ring is very expensive. I'm so happy with my ring. It looks better than the pictures and the quality is just as it is described online. I purchased this ring for myself, for my 60th birthday, and the package when I opened it was beautiful. The entire experience was wonderful.

Several years ago, my husband purchased estate earrings for me, and they are so beautiful and of such stellar quality that I began to explore the Lang website. As we got closer to our 25 year anniversary, I know I'd like a ring from Lang to commemorate. We identified a show stopping ring and....waited. And waited. (Three sons = college and cars!) I couldn't recommend them more highly when it comes to finding unique estate pieces and making the purchase process as painless and simple as possible. Shipping and returns for sizing were both straightforward and speedy. Thanks, Mark! They sized the ring perfectly and added beads to prevent it from rotating too easily on the finger. If I'm ever in need of another unique estate piece, I'll check in with Lang first.

I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring entirely online from Lang Antique & Estate Jewelry and got everything shipped to our home state. While we were in San Francisco recently, we made a special trip just to see the Lang storefront. We wanted to see the store and check out some other pieces (one pictured an all emerald ring.) The staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They remembered the purchase I had made and greeted us by name when we walked in for our appointment. I would recommend having an appointment when you go. Inside the store, the cases are all filled with great antique pieces. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the items they add to their collection. Based on my experience during my initial purchase and my visit to the store, I’ll be a lifelong customer at Lang Antique and Estate Jewelry.
