Went to the buckhorn grill. Delicious. Although they didn't have the philly buck I usually order but that was ok. I order a hamburger without tip. Omg was it great. Everyone's meals perfect. Didn't take long to get too.

We really enjoyed strolling around and my wife bought a bag in Bloomingdale's. You'll see the elegance of San Francisco in this Westfield shopping area.

I loved EVERYTHING about this mall. I loved the stores, the ambiance, the vibe. I loved it sooooo much. Even the Sephora, which usually is filled with some of the rudest people, actually had really nice staff. I understand this mall was a little more upscale but I thought they had a nice mix, considering. In Michigan there aren’t many malls with a Forever 21 and more luxury stores in the same place.

I’m stayed here at this lovely hotel May9-11, 2022. This is a small hotel hidden in downtown SF. The area is relatively safe, yet there is so much homeless and poverty in SF that if you walk tot the mall that is 5 min away. You need to look over your shoulder all the time. The hotel staff are amazing and welcoming. This hotel appears to be either recently renovated. As such my room 312 (see pictures attached) appears to be missing items and I complete. The restroom shower door does not close all the way and water leaks out and creates a large puddle. The shower doors also have two wholes as if a fixture is missing. There also a hook on the wall that just there with no actual fixture. Parking is extremely limited and if you are driving I would not recommend this hotel, you may not even have a spot when you arrive. There is also an accessibility issue for me, as there is no elevator should a disabled person want to stay here, I would recommend to look somewhere else. Over all 3.5stars as it was a comfortable 3 day stay if you are here for business and not pleasure. I know this hotel has the ability to become greater. Time will only tell. I’m giving this hotel a 4 star review

By far the nicest mall in San Francisco (in my humble opinion). They have some of my favorite retailers like Kiehl's, Zara, Nordstroms, Club Monaco, Ted Baker, and Banana Republic (to name a few). The food court is delicious and you can't go wrong with Auntie Anne's pretzels and lemonade whilst perusing. Christmas is my favorite time to shop though . . . it's magical. It is truly transformed into a winter wonderland; I look forward to it yearly.

Over all the mall was nice and clean. Only the bathrooms by the Jamba Juice need some work. Hand washing island had a lake of water around it. Plumbing issues?

Very nice shopping center in San Francisco. I went to this place multiple times before. But never got chance to its very top. It was a fun today when I had time to take the escalators all the way to the top level and the dome. Highly recommend it to you when you have free time in the city and spend an afternoon there.

Very upscale indoor mall with 6 levels of stores. It is anchored by Nordstrom and bloomingdale's. The place is very nice but being in the middle is SF parking is a hassle. You have to go to a paid multilevel parking lot. Food choices are limited. Being in a generally bad neighborhood many individual stores have their own security guards (don't worry it is safe inside)
