Walked in to get my hair trimmed. 3 stylist there waiting as they had no customers. Was told if I wasn’t on waiting list it would be 20-25 mins. I asked why there is a wait if no one is there. Was told that’s the rules. If this is a management decision then that person needs training. My hair usually takes less then 10 mins to cut. Needless to say I didn’t wait. The people there are losing revenue and tip money with these kind of rules. Won’t go back to this location

some chick messed up my hair completely. both sides are uneven, completely ruined the back up and ruined it. do not recommend going if you wanna have your hair absolutely butchered. Lady that cut my hair is the one with the shaved sides and red bangs. i know you see this. i hate you, dye Service: Haircut

I've been getting a military cut by Jamie Reader there for a VERY LONGTIME! She is the best in town for a High & Tight!! I always enjoy my conversations with her, Mariah Harvey (the Queen of Country Music) and Jessica Clark. Being a combat vet , I always feel pretty safe because the atmosphere is friendly. My 5 yrs old boy is a very mature boy for his age, he is very used to get haircuts and he is always very patient. So, today, he went to get a haircut with his dad and got half of his eyebrow shaved!!!! Hairdresser never say anything or apologize at all. My husband got back and manager said there is nothing they can do because of the type of business they are. Update: I sent an email with the location information and didn't get contacted.

I am from Alabama and traveling out west on a month long trip in our rv. I stopped at this Great Clips for a quick wash, dry and style to freshen up. Grace was extremely kind and helpful.
