I read the reviews about Grand Junction CVS after I read the reviews about Boulder CVS and they pretty much match in what people have to say. My experiences, however, have been terrific. My mom lives in Boulder and has a terrible time between not getting her prescriptions through the mail order system and her doctor having to send prescriptions back to the physical pharmacy. I decided to walk into Grand Junction CVS awhile back to help my mom sort out a problem. Cynthia had worked in the Boulder pharmacy and was able to help get that situation sorted out. After talking to my mom the other night, I found out she had not been receiving her mail order prescriptions for four months and couldn't get anyone on the phone in Boulder. She just needed assistance with getting in touch with the mail order site to figure out why they had stopped sending her prescriptions. Today, I went into the Grand Junction store and explained to the first lady what I needed. She turned to Cynthia to assist me. Cynthia remembered my situation with my mom in Boulder and worked with me for about a half hour figuring out how I could get my mom's insulin so I could get it to her this weekend. She was able to transfer primary pharmacy to Grand Junction so she could fill the prescription for pickup tomorrow. She also very patiently answered all of my other questions on what could be done to make it easier on my mom for her receiving her prescriptions in a timely fashion so she wouldn't be left waiting on prescriptions for four months again, especially when they are critical, like insulin. I highly recommend the CVS pharmacy for the sheer reason that they are so willing to help solve CVS errors like this. ~Kimberley

Do not use this pharmacy. Every time I have gone in at the time they tell you to, my medicine isn’t ready. They can’t run a card manually, so if you’re on a family medical card you’re just screwed. Not even worth the time to stand in line. I just waited an hour to be told they can’t get me my meds. Go literally anywhere else and your pharmacy experience will be more pleasant. ~Ev

I have only had my nails done 2 times before and I hated it! They were uncomfortable from start to finish but these ladies have completely changed my mind! It's been a couple days since they gave me nails and I'm still comfortable and I Love the style my manicurist suggested because she knew about my inexperience. Thank you ladies! Had gone to buy shoes last week and ended up with the wrong size shoes put in the box instead during checkout. Since we live 45 minutes away it was hard to make it back quickly, but within 1 call the manager Shawn sent out the correct shoes free of charge and a paid return ticket for the other ones. Very good customer service and much appreciated! ~Katie

Went in for a thermostat today. Clark who is one of the ownership family members talked with me after purchase. Turns out his son who is coming thru university is planned to be the next owner after Grandma Cathy steps out. Had checked Amazon availability, model types, prices and shipping timing prior to visiting Peach Tree True Value on North Ave, and came away with a thermostat model I wanted that I couldn't find on Amazon and at a great price too. Additionally, this True Value group of units is dependable on warranties; they stand behind what they sell. ~Golden

This review is mostly for Michael T. and the service my wife and I received from him. Right off the bat he was welcoming and friendly, and he was very upfront with us through the whole process. Our situation was rather complicated, owing money on phones with another provider, keeping one but trading the other, as well as adding another device on top of that. We also had some issues getting numbers unlocked from the old provider, so it took a couple visits to the store and a couple phone calls with Michael to get it all straightened out. But he was there the whole time to guide us through the process and we came out better on the other side with a great deal and owing less on our devices than we did before! Can't say enough good things about him and the service we got! ~Layne

If you want to go somewhere to get treated poorly then Ross is the place! The manager Melissa does great job at it! If you’re ready for rude under the breath comments the cashiers do a great job with that! Their customer service is absolutely terrible ~Haylee
