If you want to go somewhere to get treated poorly then Ross is the place! The manager Melissa does great job at it! If you’re ready for rude under the breath comments the cashiers do a great job with that! Their customer service is absolutely terrible

This is probably one of my favorite stores of all time. The staff here are phenomenal, store is immaculately clean, and hands down the variety here is amazing.

Pricey! The clearance items are not really on clearance because they will ring up at full price! Not a good place to find middle sized items. But there's alot to look at.

If you go during the week days in the morning the lines are almost non-existent, if you go in the evenings or on the weekend you'll wish they had more cashiers.

I enjoy shopping at Ross but I was kind of shocked today when my step daughter and I ran in real quick to get her dad some shoes. We were able to get the shoes we wanted. It was while we were checking out that I am having a problem with. The cashier seemed to be nice enough but the clothes she was wearing were very revealing. The blouse she was wearing was so low cut that her breast were almost falling out. And the hem of the blouse was well above her belly button. What ever happened to dress codes

I’m only giving two stars because I feel like this location of Ross has a really good selection of clothes but their customer service is absolutely terrible. Two employees yelled at the line to Move back and didn’t even ask once. They were nasty to the customers. Everyone in the line was laughing at how they’re acting probably in shock. Then they were talking about if they ever quit they hope they get to kick out or tackle a customer. I couldn’t even believe the things they were saying. I would have shopped there again if it weren’t for the nasty girls at the register. Absolutely unimpressed.
