I just had the worst experience at Shoe Dept at the Mesa Mall. A Spanish-speaking employee by the name of Roseanne was gossiping, and she thought I didn’t know Spanish, so she proceeded to say stuff about me to the other Spanish-speaking employee. She started saying that “she was watching over me, and that I wasn’t cleaning my mess, that she was keeping a close eye on what I was doing” as if she believed I was going to steal something. I then told her in Spanish that I was not done looking at the boots yet, I had several pairs out bc I was undecided about which ones I wanted, and that they will be put away when I am done. Roseanne proceeded to argue with me, and then sarcastically said “oh really?!?! ALL of them?!? I felt so unwelcome at that store, I was going to buy 3 pairs of boots but ended up leaving just with what I had already picked out. She then followed me to the register, it seems as if she was trying to intimidate me to make sure I didn’t request a manager. Note: I only had 4 pairs of boots out, I like to try them out several times and compare them before making a decision. Afterwards, I always put them away, I even put away other boots that have been left out by other people. Rude unprofessional employees such as Roseanne drive business away.

This is a good place for buy shoes, but I'm upset about the comment below from Lea Natale, I was there too and she is a liar, that is not the name of the employee she was mentioned I don't know why she is acusing to somebody is completely innocent. I hope customer service will investigate before to listen a crazy customers complains. Roseanne, was helping me and another person on the other side on this liar was, we was looking for heels and I never heard to Roseanne, said any word to this woman, ( I understand Spanish too ) the employee was wondering about this liar is older robust, also when this liar was on the register Roseanne was already there helping a customer, this customer was before me on line when this liar was paid for the shoes she got, and I never saw Roseanne following this crazy liar or trying to intimidate her. I doing this because I really hate people like Lea Natale if is the real name of this woman, acusing innocent employees because she will have a horrible life or she probably hate Latinos because they reminder her she is latina too.

This place is unprofessional. Everyone always has an attitude. And also it is very unorganized. Also couple days ago a lady took back some shoes that were bloody and she argued with the people at customer service that she wanted to return them that is very unsanitary thy also was worn that is just gross I also see some works just walking around not doing there job there is a couple of them that do there work not giving names but this needs attention thank you

Not elderly nor handicap friendly at all! We took our disabled mother there to find shoes yesterday. The isles were so packed with random boxes of shoes 2 feet high that she could even take her walker down the isles. We physically had to lift it above the shoes and guide her. On top of that this is a woman with size 10 feet, have been her whole life and NOTHING fit. Every size 11 and 12 (if you could find one) still didn't fit. There was a young woman next to us almost to the point of tears because she wears a size 9 and was trying on size 13 boots to find something to fit. What a joke! Shop elsewhere-

Large selection of shoes for the whole family, I did find it difficult to find a size 5 lady's shoe had to get a children's size 3.5

The manager needs to be trained in management. I over heard her talking to one of her employees and let's just say I would've walked out too. How dare you ma'am. Are you intoxicated? You should be ashamed of yourself. You lack professional in all areas. The store is a wreck. Maybe instead of hiding in the back you should help your staff. I can only hope someone from corporate will visit and re train you or find your replacement.

Had gone to buy shoes last week and ended up with the wrong size shoes put in the box instead during checkout. Since we live 45 minutes away it was hard to make it back quickly, but within 1 call the manager Shawn sent out the correct shoes free of charge and a paid return ticket for the other ones. Very good customer service and much appreciated!

Worse shoe company ever. Bought a $100 pair of shoes in march 3 months later this what they look like. I didn’t have my receipt offered my name and card I used said if I didn’t have my receipt can”t help you .

I'll give a 1 star. Because I came in yesterday and the guy who was on register #3 messed up my shoes. I took up a size 9 of hey dudes Wendy Glo 4738 blk an he brought back the wrong size, he gave me a size 8 knowing I brought him a pair of 9s. So I'd like to complain about him cause this is the second time that he has done this to me. I don't think that he knows how to do his job right.

More like 3.5 star if I could. 1 thing is for sure, there's a huge selection of shoes but they don't really get in to Jordan's, Air force, etc. The reason for the 3 stars is because the store only has 1 shoe in each box when trying on shoes. This causes problems because when I, and many others, try on shoes, we like to make sure both feel comfortable. I also immediately saw another problem with the one shoe, since you have to buy the shoe to get the other, one shoe is constantly being tried on, this results in one being very worn out compared to the other (hopefully it evens out later on, it's still new but you'll notice a huge difference). I'm from out of state (no shoe stores near me for hours) and stores were closing so I had to buy no matter what. Next is the help, not much help unless the store is nearly empty and even then I had to search for an employee. The 3rd thing is that they don't have shoe cleaners even when I asked, they do have tons of waterproofing though. The store isn't all bad since they have a huge selection to choose from but thats about the only difference from any other shoe store in the mall, which makes them about average I guess so I put 3 stars, but think its a bit more around 3.5 not enough to justify 4 or 5 though. Give it a go.
