If you want to go somewhere to get treated poorly then Ross is the place! The manager Melissa does great job at it! If you’re ready for rude under the breath comments the cashiers do a great job with that! Their customer service is absolutely terrible ~Haylee

I have taken clothes in twice and twice they have been returned. This last time only took 20 minutes for them to text me. I don’t mind the rejection however when I dropped clothes off they were neatly folded, which also made it easier to carry. When they were returned clothes were just shove back into the bag, like dirty laundry. Sale girl not to friendly either. 🙁🙁😖😖 ~Thyra
