The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, if you have any questions. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Great products, selection and reasonable costs. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Would recommend over other local cell phone shops.

This review is mostly for Michael T. and the service my wife and I received from him. Right off the bat he was welcoming and friendly, and he was very upfront with us through the whole process. Our situation was rather complicated, owing money on phones with another provider, keeping one but trading the other, as well as adding another device on top of that. We also had some issues getting numbers unlocked from the old provider, so it took a couple visits to the store and a couple phone calls with Michael to get it all straightened out. But he was there the whole time to guide us through the process and we came out better on the other side with a great deal and owing less on our devices than we did before! Can't say enough good things about him and the service we got!

It's a complete shame that Sprint was taken over by such a HACK company like T-Mobile. Service has completely tanked and continues to get worse. Towers going down and nobody cares. So make sure you keep paying for Service that you won't get. I have been a Sprint Customer for 20+ years and they always took care of the customer unfortunately T-Mobile has soo much money that the little people mean absolutely nothing. But they will sell you a new phone (that won't work because the towers are down)

Incredibly disappointed with T-mobile Service. Made the switch a few months ago and wish I had not. Service has been down in our town for 20 days. We have received zero communication from T-mobile, customer service will not provide any information on when service may return. And I am still being charged my full bill for literally zero service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN T-MOBILE and their service.

My wife received horrible service from this location. From the moment she walked in Robert was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She felt ridiculed. All she wanted was a new line of service but our experience led us straight to the competitor.

Waiting on a refund to process. It's been a month. Unable to get any assistance because they don't answer the phone when you call. Can't go to the store in person because I originally visited while in town for work. Tried calling TMobile customer service and they can't refund because "it has to go through the pos system". I guess I'm out $500. Will remove this review if the manager reaches out to resolve the issue but I doubt it will happen.

I brought my phone in they were going to attempt repair. Then was told could not repair my phone that the insurance company would send me a new phone in two days. They verifies my address and everything. Three days later I still hadn't received my new phone. I called t mobile and the insurance turns out the guy never turned in the claim stuff to have my phone sent. I then had to wait another two days to get a phone I went over a week without a phone which is necessary for me to do my job all because some little hipster told me I was good to go and then didn't do his job. Don't trust anything they tell you in here they are highly incompetent.
