Great Clips

Walked in to get my hair trimmed. 3 stylist there waiting as they had no customers. Was told if I wasn’t on waiting list it would be 20-25 mins. I asked why there is a wait if no one is there. Was told that’s the rules. If this is a management decision then that person needs training. My hair usually takes less then 10 mins to cut. Needless to say I didn’t wait. The people there are losing revenue and tip money with these kind of rules. Won’t go back to this location ~Jerry
