A friend got their engagement ring here and recommended Dynasty when I was looking to get an engagement ring. I can see why he talked highly of this place. My experience was nothing short of satisfactory. Steven and Jorge were incredibly informative, sincere, and accommodating. At no point did it feel pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. My now fiancée is pleased and giddy over the ring we bought from Dynasty and I now, will speak highly of this place as well.

I’ve been going to Dynasty Jewelers since the store was on the other side of the mall before remodeling. The first time I went in was to sell some bracelets due to hard financial times. Now I go to repair my jewelry. My husband knew how sad I was after selling my bracelets & I thought I’d never find any like them ever again because they were from the Middle East. After talking with Jorge & showing him a picture of them he was brilliant to re create them. They were even more beautiful! I’m so grateful to Jorge for taking the time to design the bracelets that meant a lot to me & gave me the option to go back any time in the future if I want to have more made since he now has the blue print. Dynasty Jewelers is a one stop shop. From repairs, to cleaning, designing & a beautiful selection. They even appraise jewelry & print out a certificate for insurance purposes. Really enjoyed working with the shop owner who saved my butt. I needed a band within 24 hours and they delivered and less expensive than anyone else I priced it with. I ordered it at 4pm and was able to pick it up by 1pm the next day. Incredible!

For our ten year anniversary we wanted to do an enhancement on my original wedding ring. After going to a few different places we quickly realized that what we wanted would need to be a custom job. We chose Dynasty diamonds after getting a few quotes. The whole customization process was easy and simple. They understood our vision and pulled it off flawlessly. We had a few ups and downs along the way, however you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle these up and downs. We made the ring a size 6 which was the same size as my current ring, however since we made it wider size six proved to a be a little too small. After wearing it for one day my finger was hurting, and we also had one of the diamonds fall out which we were luckily able to find. We took it back in the next day and they said one of the prongs was broken off. They decided to go from a size 6 to 7. Within a week we went back and upon trying on the ring we found that 7 was too big so we left it there for them to change it to a 6.5. A few days later we went back and picked it up. 6.5 fit better, however after losing the first diamond I was very cautious and was keeping a close eye on it. After two weeks I noticed one of the diamonds looked loose. Upon inspection it came right off in my hand. I emailed the shop and told them what had happened. They told me to bring it in and they would do whatever was needed to fix it. We decided that it was best to re set the diamonds in a new band, not using prongs. We also decided to change it to a 6.75 and tapered the band a little bit to make it less wide. We’ve picked it up and a 6.75 is the perfect fit. I also love the new band set vs the prongs. Most people would judge 5 stars by everything being perfect, however as I stated above you can learn a lot about a shop by how they handle things that come up. For that reason they still get a five star review from me even with the set backs we had. Every time we talked with them they were always polite and helped us with the problem. I also want to say that they never charged us anything extra for all of the size changes or re setting it into a different band. I told my husband that if he wants to get me any other jewelry over the years to always go here and we will recommend them to everyone.

My (now) fiance and I wandered into this jewelry store one day, mainly for me to look around. The owner Jorge, (pronounced: Hor-hay), could not have been nicer. There was a huge Morganite ring, surrounded by diamonds and it was unlike any that I had ever seen. We left that day without buying anything, but Jorge gave my then BF Ric his card and I knew that we would return. A few months later, when Ric was ready to buy a ring, he wanted to work with Jorge to create something new and especially for me. Jorge, his wife and son Stephen teamed up with Ric to create a One of a Kind stunning Engagement ring. Jorge even emailed Ric a 3D version of what the ring would look like and welcomed his input! Ric proposed, but didn't show me the ring until I said yes, LOL. It is so breathtaking that I still can't stop looking at it. I insisted on going to visit Jorge yesterday, to tell him in person how over the moon I am about this ring. The 2.3ct diamond is cut flawlessly and I love that I have a ring that has never been done before! The team at Dynasty is UNBEATABLE!

We worked with Steven to design an emerald stone engagement ring. Steven sourced several emerald stones in the color and cut we desired. Emeralds are harder to source than diamonds – cut, colors and inclusions are factors in an emerald stone’s quality and price. Steven was professional, kind and open to working with us regarding our price points. We never felt pressured to make a hasty purchase. I cannot thank Steven enough for my beautiful emerald engagement ring. I receive many compliments. We also asked Steven to design our wedding bands. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of our rings and we will be going to Dynasty for future purchases. Thank you, Dynasty for providing us amazing quality and service!
