Car wash - great Vacuum - not what I expected Car wash is great & convenient and I like to use the stamp card to earn points for a free car wash. Plus, sometimes there is a person there and they will help punch the buttons for you and also protect your rear windshield wiper blade like they did for my hatchback car. And for anyone curious like I was, the vacuum at this car station does work. I used 4 quarters and found out $1 = 3 minutes of vacuum time. Once you put in the money, the vacuum suction turns on automatically and you cannot pause or stop it until end of timer. So I suggest getting your car ready before putting in the money like I did. There is a convenient garbage can right next to the vacuum machine which can be nice if you have trash bigger than the vacuum hose can handle. Anyway, I enjoy the car washes here, but if you are here for vacuum just keep in mind that $1 is worth 3 minutes time to clean the inside of the car and it has no pause button. Hope this helps someone!

Nice, newer gas station with a decent drive thru car wash. Prices are $10 for basic (no frills), $12 for the next step up, and $14 for the “Top of the Line” washes. I was fairly happy with how it left my car (some water spots, but it’s a drive through at a gas station!) For the price in San Jose, it’s a decent value. **Posting the prices (as of today) for others since I was curious myself and couldn’t validate prior to arriving

Car wash did a mad decent job for 8 bucks on my black truck. When using the car was be SUPER careful if you have a big truck. I actually wouldn't recommend it for trucks. Leaving the wash is sketchy.

They have a great drive-thru carwash! You definatly get the best bang for your buck for its value! Great friendly personnel working all the time! CLEANEST RESTROOMS IN SJ!! No joke.. and their mechanics are honest and get the job done. I’ll definatly be back

I want to say Thank you for helping my daughter and grandchildren. My Daughter got a flat tire and the lady at this Shell station helped my daughter fix her tire. She was with another man but my daughter got no names. May God bless both of you angels for helping my kids. I will pay it forward.

Terrible customer service. I know they work at a gas station, but they dont have to give you a dirty look and just stare at you when you walk up to the bullet proof looking glass that they stand behind to ring you up.
