I love going to my Honda Dealer. Whenever I plan on going to get my Honda Accord XI tuned up I tell my husband I'm going on a mini vacation. All employees are very hospitable and efficient! Plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in while you wait for your Honda to be serviced and plenty of delicious coffee and snacks to enjoy. Oh, and of course the service is very good. If everyone treated people the way this dealership treats people the world would be a happier and better place.

Felix was the absolute best in the service department. He was forthcoming about all fees and timing of when my car would be fixed. He went above and beyond. The guys at the service drop off were always polite and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I drive about an hour and 20 min just to get serviced here. I used to go to the Soquel location in Santa Cruz when I used to live there, but to be honest I would usually wait about 3-4 hours for my vehicle to get serviced and I would also have an appointment but yet would have to wait that long. When I get serviced at Capistrano, It always takes less than an hour every time; even when it’s busy. They also have their snacks and coffee available right at the waiting lobby. It’s perfect!!! Love this place hands down the best 🙌🏽 (Enrique Z.) is your guy!! 💯

I always have a wonderful experience when I have my car serviced at Honda in San Juan Capistrano. The people there are always very courteous and very helpful. Christian has always been So wonderful and helpful in making me feel comfortable with what’s going on with my car! I know that he has my best interest at heart! He always make sure I know what’s going on and explains everything in detail. My last experience was I was going in for an oil change and windshield wipers but I needed rear end brakes and my car aligned! I left that afternoon and my car didn’t sound right so I called Christian and he immediately said bring the car in tomorrow morning and we will take care of it. They not only took care of the noise that kept making my car sound funny, I had a couple of important appointments and they gave me a loaner which really made my life easier. He said he wanted to make sure I was safe and felt comfortable with my car. It just reassured me at how much Ocean Honda does want to make sure their customers are happy and safe when they drive. I will always recommend Ocean Honda. They do make their costumers feel very special From the moment you leave your car and by the time you leave you are so excited that you know your car has been well taken care of. And then you even get the car washed! Very wonderful experience! Thank you so much again for having such good people working for Ocean Honda!!!

Armin, Finance Representative, succinctly articulated loan options together with other beneficial information that could enhance one's driving experience. Johnny, Sales Representative, was ever so helpful when introducing all of the information about my chosen car model, including its features, functions, and operation. These three gentlemen were patient in their approach and adept in providing accurate, useful information.
