Tina does a great job but when she is not available you get whoever. Got pedi/mani no gel- THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED NOR DID THEY SEEM HAPPY ABOUT GETTING THE TIP . Tired of the lazy stuff after paying money- Everybody should take a break and maybe we as customers will be more appreciated!

The ladies are very nice and open for bizness....walk ins very welcome and can get u done as soon as possible.....got my feet done for the first time and they were very gentle on my toes...will come back to get my nails done when i have more time...but if u need ur 💅 feet or eye brows this is the place to come to very reasonable prices and with a reg pedicure for 25$ and to get gel is 40$...30$ for a manicure...so reasonable

They always do my eyebrows the way I like them. I have been coming here for so many years I don't even remember. My daughter was a little girl and she goes to them now too. She is 25 so they have generations going in there. LOL they are so very kind and friendly and I would highly recommend them.❤❤

Where to start? I haven’t gotten dip powder in several years so unsure of how the process is. Anyway, I called to make sure they have it. I get there and say I’m the one who called asking for dip power. Perfect, I’m shown colors, I pick out a deep purple. She (Mai) asks me if I want short nails or get tips. So I opted for getting making nails longer and getting tips. Mai files my nail down so far I pull back and scream, then come to find out as she’s putting nail polish on my nails so we are in fact NOT doing powder. I’m confused and asked whats going on and she says “oh you normally don’t get tips of you’re doing powder, plus I don’t have dark colors in powder.” I’m super annoyed as that’s that I asked for but we are too deep in the gel process to change it so I keep it as is. Not only is it not the color that I wanted bc the color doesn’t match what’s on the sample but it’s the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. And over half of the tips are already separated from my nails!! Absolutely terrible job. See photos below. Never coming back here

I would recommend this salon to all my friends. They are friendly and efficient. Not sure what other customers are looking for but they give great service.

I called this place for an appointment hours ahead of time and when I got there ON TIME, I was told I had to wait 30 minutes because one of the workers wanted to go home early. I made a appointment at a specific time for a reason, then the lady has the nerve to tell me to “just go somewhere and be back in 30 minutes”, girl what?! I left and went to the next closest nail shop. Absolutely not.. Unacceptable.

Elegant Nails is an awesome place to get your toes and nails done they're very respectful and nice and I have been going there for over 25 years and they still the same and the owner she is so amazing the best place to go😁👍 😁

My pedicures are excellent. I am happy with my nails and eyebrows too. The staff's customer service is top notch...I always tip them. I also appreciate the clientele....young and old...the atmosphere is positive
