I have had the worst experience ever getting a blood test here. The pain in my arm after my test at Northgate was so bad that I couldn't lift anything with that arm for a month. I am still having pain after 2 months. My wife and I now use a different Quest and have had no problems. Don't go here for a blood test!

Small operation but very efficient. Very friendly & communicative about whose turn it was. I had no appointment, but was out within an hour, which is good for my experience. Was able to do a difficult blood draw quickly.

you think with a new location things will be quicker, but still you have to wait one hour to get labs done. Worst lab I have ever seen ever. also their website is terrible to make an online appointment
