Staff was so friendly, but that's about it. I waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. I ordered my cold brew with white chocolate and a little half and half with cold foam on top. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I got down the road. There was no white chocolate in it, and they put whipped cream on instead of cold foam. Now I have a useless cup of expensive coffee and I'm sad.

Staff is rude unprofessional. Everyone had to wait for more than 15 minutes but another Target employee approached the stand and got coffee cutting the line. I wonder why this type of favors are allowed in this Starbucks. Afaik no other Starbucks allows that. When I asked the barista why the other employee was served without standing in the line she was rude and disrespectful. She just gave me a look and asked how may I help you sir. Extremely disappointed 😞

Just don't do it, no matter how good it smells or how good you think Starbucks usually is. They seem to be out of most things and got two orders wrong before me. They seem to be annoyed when you walk up and offer no help when they say they are out of a holiday drink that's listed on the menu. Out of tipple mocha, ultra caramel, iced coffee, and more. My drink took 15 minutes and in that time someone tripped the fire exit making the whole place beep loudly. FWP, I know but a review is a review.

Drinks were made good and staff friendly. However twice I went in and found bugs and flys in the food compartment. Really lost my appetite.

Located inside Target, it's a nice Starbucks with an outside section. Unfortunately the chairs are completely bolted down and there's no electrical outlets to plug in chargers for devices.

Great service but a ridiculous policy of no tipping. What's wrong with helping young people have a little extra money aside from their paltry salaries? Total corporate bull....

First one taste like milk and second one did to. Even with extra shots of espresso. I asked for no whip cream and everytime he does put it on. I swear, if I'm paying over five bucks a drink then make it how I want it. If the customer service doesn't get fixed at Starbucks then it maybe its time to switch coffee company.

The only drawback this location, is when sbux employees are on break, the target worker who fills in isn't checked out on making more than simple coffee, couldn't even make a simple hot chocolate, otherwise I had no issues with this sbux location

Nasty tables, asked if I could clean the table... Was told that she would do it. Never did, she spent her time chatting and talking about nothing important. It wasn't busy... Cleanliness is not on the list here and customer service is nonexistent.

Great for bird-watchers. Walk from parking lot directly to Bay Trail. When finished, you can use the Target restrooms and enjoy your coffee at Starbucks with large windows overlooking San Pablo Bay.
