Pathetic customer service the dark girl just kept walking around like she didnt work there no help what so ever as a matter of fact I had to go looking for help and when they "helped" me they said they didnt have the size I asked for short girl with glasses came out talking about "the biggest" size they had was half a size under what I asked for but I was holding a the size I asked for I just wanted the other SHOE!!!!! I was there Saturday Nov 21 2021 If I get their names any time soon I will edit this review.

Joana is amazing with her customer service. She called other stores to find the shoes we were looking for. She was so busy but kept focused . She was helping us as well as two other customers at the same time. Thank you. It is rare to see customer service like this

I bought a pair of Nike shoes online for a really great price. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. They were too narrow. I took them to the local store for a refund. They refunded the shoes but not the $8 shipping! I ordered the right size and there was no width option. They didn't fit. My fault? No. Almost nobody stiffs you for shipping on things that don't fit or the item was not what you expected. Oh, and their return policy? It's buried 3 clicks down...

The one star is for their horrible rewards program. I had accumulated 3 $20 rewards and was only able to use 1. Went in this week and they told me the other two expired in 1 month. Never received an email. Not a single notice. Out of nowhere my 450 points vanished. Not worth going out of your way to accumulate these points.

Well the shoes are great and they have a wide variety, but they’re super expensive. Also, most of the staff don’t even know what customer service is, so it’s always a hassle to find the right shoe or anything. Also, beware their return policy.
