I went in in a Sunday morning, never thinking my phone would be "fixable". However, I was wrong! Ferris (sp.?) was fantastic. Not even an hour later, my phone was ready for use. I highly recommend Drop/Smash/Fix.

Now I am a responsible adult and surely can manage not cracking my iPhone, right? For the most part! But the two times I have cracked my phone, I scheduled an appointment on DropSmashFix's very easy to use website. Both times I was able to drop my phone off at the start of my one hour lunch break and then was able to pick it up at the end. Easy peasy! Super fast! Great service! Phone feels like new again!

Awful experience. They charged a premium price for a low quality replacement screen and chalked up my concerns as part of their business model. Thankfully I got a refund and went up the street for a better product at a better price. Avoid this place in SB

Owen swapped my shattered screen on my 7 plus in like an hour. Super quick, super cheap vs other repair shops and my Touch ID and everything is still working perfectly. Ended up grabbing a glass screen protector and he installed it pretty well so hopefully this phone lasts me a bit longer!

Jack was great! He helped me with my iPhone 8 Plus and fixed it quickly. It was amazing and works perfectly. He was so nice and patient with me through all my troubles. Perfect service and would come back again!

Great and super friendly employees!! I dropped off my phone to get fixed and the worker, Jack, got the job done quick and for a reasonable price. He also ordered more parts for me for other than the screen, definitely knows what he's doing -- super helpful!

I had my Android Nexus 6 phone screen fixed here. The repair person forgot to put two original clips and the new screen cracked within an hour. Their policy states a warranty of a repair till 90 days but apparently it doesn't cover the professional incompetence of it's own labor. They asked me to pay 120$ again for another new screen.(waiving the labor charge as if they were doing me a favor) The screen they had placed had big screwdriver dents and 2 missing clips. Highly unprofessional place with no accountability. Suggest going to other places in town who know what they are doing.

Fast and straight forward. I dropped my phone off to get the screen fixed and walked to the corner and shot a few games off pool. About 45 minutes later I walked across the street and my phone was good as new. Best experience I've had dealing with my phone. I will definitely be coming here first before my service provider next time I have an issue.

Because my phone is so important to me and because it took a lot of hard work for me to get it, I had to get the screen fixed when it cracked after I dropped it. After shopping around and doing research into all the different phone repair shops I came across this place which not only has the classiest and most comfortable chairs but is the only place that has a 12 month guarantee.
