After a while they said the phone was no good it would not even charge then suggested I buy a new one, so I bought a new one, and they switched my number to the new phone fast. When I went home and tried to charge the old phone, it charged right up. So they lied. Next day I found my old phone and took it back there so they could switch my number back. Then they said they couldn't do it without the phone the number was on. Again lie. They switched it before without the phone the number was on before why do they need it now? So I called Metro and switched the phones without even looking at the phone the number was on.
