Apple State Street store.!! Highly recommend. For sure all the experience in Apple Store are incredible supportive to help find solutions to the possible need with their products. I love their classes, learning slowly how to use their tools this product offer. Also and amazing online supporting team. All of them are very nice.!

I have all Apple products and have used the Genius bar from New York to San Francisco. I have an older Mac that has slowed down. I attempted to make an appointment to get help with that and some help setting up my new Mac pro but the rep gave me numerous reasons they couldn’t make an appointment. To top it off there were no customers in the store. #Faol

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. The Santa Barbara team who took care of my iPhone purchase and MacBook pro were organized, upbeat, detailed, and efficient about my back-to-back appointments! I would give them 5 stars, but deduct one star because you have to make an appointment for everything. I'd like for them to bring back the old school walk-ins. Be prepared to spend an hour to buy a phone due to transfer and trade-in details.

Bought a phone online. My number, my email, my credit card, receipt in hand... They wouldn't give it to me because my wife's name was on the “pick up”. after an hour on the phone changing the “pick up name” with the phone carrier and apple, they then tell my that it takes 24 hrs and try can't give it to me til then. Unbelievable. You can buy a phone, pay in full, have your number, credit card, apple ID attached to the order and still can't pick it up because of a “pick up name” that you can't edit. Really up setting and for a company that is so tech advanced, I felt like I was dealing with a company who doesn't know they are in the 21st century.

Pretty underwhelmed when I found out that to get an iPhone you have to get an appointment with a "specialist". It requires us to wait 1:30hrs just to purchase an iPhone when the store was pretty much empty (for the usual Apple Store). We didn't need any set-up help or even to open the phone, just wanted to proceed with a payment and head out but it was impossible. Felt like complete overkill for something that should be such a simple transaction. Ordered online instead

Horrible customer service, employee named Gabe refused to connect me with the store manager or supervisor after my issue with computer not been resolved. After I dropped my MacBook Pro for repair they returned computer with same issue plus more damage. Do not recommend it at all.

This is the second time I've brought a special needs friend of mine here who needs help using his Apple products. This time the first attendant pretty much blew us off and told us to call Apple on the phone. Without going into details it's pretty obvious my friend can't do that because of his special needs. He's invested thousands in his Apple equipment which of course is totally easy to do even if you buy just the most basic package. They eventually got us a second person and a manager and took care of my friend very well and gave him a lot of attention. They even determined at his watch was defective and gave him a brand new unit. For what Apple products cost I would expect nothing less than the kind of service we got from the second attendant.
