Is a big store... However, doesn't have a lot of organization with the clothes, the men's section is really small (with not a lot of deals "SALE OBJECTS" there) The SALE woman section is bigger but if the store doesn't have order, you can imagine what about the SALE section.

The store is large and open, great items placement. Some staff seems to ignore customers when they need help. Overall it's okay, but the floor is dirty.

The store is huge! Very bright, very white and pretty.. just not a lot of flare legged jeans. All skinny legs. They didn't carry any jeans for tall girls. They're all regular sized

At this mall Macys and Forever 21 are the only stores open currently durring covid 19 times. If you care to keep Malls part of the American culture please patronise these stores and show support. They have staff keeping count of occupancy at the one entrance as well as seperate exit ..free parking ; hand sanatizer and masks if you might have forgot yours at home. The ratio of shoppers when we went 4 different days was never excessive. Kinda like a ghost town with more staff than customers.

I love Forever21 they always have great stuff at reasonable prices. They're clearance is usually always worth searching thru. However this last trip I was pretty disappointed with the store's appearance. The WHOLE store was a mess. There was literally piles of clothes on the floor everywhere. Empty hangers were laying all over the floor as well. It was just too much, I had to get out of there. Not to mention a child got seperated and lost from their parent. The store doesn't have an intercom system, and the employee that was "handling" the situation seemed just clueless as to what to do. I hope that this was all just a bad day in the midst of a chaotic holiday season, and not what this Forever21 has become.

I’ve been a loyal costumer of forever 21 but i had a worst experience recently with them i bought 2 items on sale and the fitting wasn’t good so i have to send it back for a refund or exchange and i spend $16 just to send it back not knowing that they cannot refund me nor exchage because it was in a final sale. And i have to pay them back for shipping it back to me i will never shop in this store anymore ever😤😤. Don’t waste your time buying here and in then end you cannot change or return your item better spend your money with other brand.

Terrible customer service from an employee named Jasmine working the front desk this morning. I had two items I was checking out and she kept looking around, dramatically huffing and puffing like she was irritated or had something going on. While I was waiting for her to scan my two items she said, “Don’t try to keep up with me today or anything”, and I sort of smiled thinking she was making a joke because she sounded sarcastic and I thought she was joking about herself moving slowly. She then continued to huff and puff and act irritated or angry about something, so I almost asked her if she was okay, but I kept to myself. When I pulled out my card she asked “credit or debit” and I said credit, so she told me she needed to see my id and card (which is normal) so I began to open my wallet to show her my id and card before I entered my card into the chip reader. She repeated “I need to see your id AFTER you sign”. So I began finishing my transaction, and she repeated herself AGAIN in a very rude, and annoyed tone. I just nodded and finished, then showed her my card and id and when I began putting my card back, she said she needed to check the number, and she said the last four digits on the front of my card out loud. She then asked if I wanted a bag and I told her “Sure, I’ll have one”. When I looked up from putting my card away, she was just sort of standing there and looked around then looked at me like she was waiting for something with an annoyed look on her face, and she asked me again, and I told her “Yes”. She continued acting annoyed and huffing and puffing. I left the store really confused as to what the heck was going on with her. I thought maybe she had something mentally going on with her, because I did absolutely nothing wrong or out of the norm while I made my purchase, and I am ALWAYS polite. I wish I hadn’t been polite to her in retrospect. This person should NOT be in a customer service job at all. I have never had such a weird and rude experience. It was something you had to witness to really see what I am talking about. It was truly bizarre and out of nowhere. Might I add that I’ve literally NEVER had someone need to see my card and id AFTER making the purchase. You typically ask to see the id BEFORE the purchase is made in case of fraud. I am also wondering why the heck she needed to see the numbers on my card??

Two employees in the fitting room having a very disrespectful and unprofessional conversation around the customers. Complaining about the customers and about their job. Also found a cigarette in the hand of one of the mannequins.
