The employees working on 4/19/2022 ,closing time are lazy, they were no help. I spoke to someone on the phone before arriving and they assured me that my bf who would be the one to pick up my prescription would be helped..but apparently I did not speak to anyone there and no one could help him. It is very frustrating. I've never had this experience with this location but I will now change locations. Thanks pharmacist. 😁

The employees at the farmacy need more training on customer service and knowledge about the programs they use, last month one of the employees make my girlfriend pay for the prescription stating it wasn't cover by my insurance my insurance indicated that it was cover the one of the employees did a reverse on the prescription it means they give the money back to the insurance and charge the customer I called cvs farmacy to find out why this happened the employee was very rude and did not help me

I used to love this store but over the years it has gone down drastically! the employees are rude and never apologize for their own mistakes nor do they thank you for shopping. They act as if they are doing you a favor. I will look for alternative options for my needs.

Long waits super long. Funny because i applied here and they apparently didn't need anymore cashiers. Well theres only two cashiers in a line of 20+ people. So expensive. Ill go to target or Walmart for faster and CHEAPER goods.

I used to love this CVS but the people who used to work here are gone. Now the employees are totally useless especially the managers. Plus they are utterly incompetent with the services they "offer". Terrible customer service.

I have had great experiences their shopping, photos even picking up medications. Good prices, cashier's are nice and very helpful.

Very rude associates in the store won't even let me 5 years old use the restroom but they will let the UPS driver use it all the time not coming back here.

I came to pick up allergy medicine for myself. Upon arrival I waited while the opposite pharmacy line was moving. While I waited I saw a store customer coming up to the pharmacy counter to ask the main pharmacist a question and I found my self not acknowledge. I also saw another pharmacist technician walking around behind the pharmacy counter that clearly saw me but still no acknowledgment. As I continue to wait I saw the young pharmacy assistant making calls in front of my line. After the pharmacy assistant stop making phone calls she started to help me. I advise her I needed allergy medicine then she advised me that I was in the wrong line and to proceed over to the other line. At that point I saw no one in the back of me and I ask the assistant if she’s still able to assist me as there was no one behind me. The assistant advises me I had to move over the second line giving me an attitude. I looked over to the main pharmacist and ask if she able help me. The pharmacist looked over at me and didn’t say anything. I then continue to walk over to the second line to wait again. Once I proceeded to purchase my allergy medicine the assistant seem to give me attitude. I found this alarming to see such poor customer service from all the pharmacy staff. I feel afraid for my community that is receiving this type of customer care and it's being taken advantage of especially the elderly that pick up there much-needed medication.

Upset. Granted I probably should have come earlier to pick up my prescription. But I was put of town. But if I get a text saying it's the last day to pick up my prescription than it should be there until the end of the business day. I get there in the morning and they say they have put it back already, that they returned it earlier in the morning. Because it's STILL morning when I got there. I don't think that's right. I have to wait for it now instead of just being able to grab it and go. I'm late for work because of this.
