It's a Starbucks on campus. The only time I really ever go is in the morning before it gets crowded.

When I was at the Stanford Business School, this became my daily coffee place. It central on the campus, not too far from the school and very quiet in the mornings. Great to let the coffee wake you up 😂

They don't deserve any star base on their service quality. They misplaced our orders and make us wait for a long time. The employees just wondering inside and prepare the drinks one by one slowly and clean the tables in between while making our orders and we have to remind them repeatedly to make our drinks.

Severely understaffed and you will wait potentially indefinitely for a simple cup of coffee. Avoid and go to any of the local chains on campus (CoHo is right next door)

The staff at this Starbucks failed to make my order and when I approached them they were too busy to even sort it out. They kept me waiting without addressing the issue. When I approached them about it again after waiting and waiting, they just lied about it and said they were busy doing other orders and someone else must have taken my order which was untrue as I was waiting next to where orders were being dispensed. The lady in charge was so rude and non apologetic. Very abrupt and shouldn’t really be working in hospitality as she didn’t care about me or my order. I ended up getting a refund after they found my order in the register after 40mins. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Really appalling attitude by staff and management! I definitely wouldn’t return to this cafe. Students and staff at Stanford University deserve better really!

So I order the dark roast. There is only about a half a cup of dark roast in the container. They inform me and I tell them I will wait for a fresh batch because I only drink dark roast. She leaves the half a cup of dark she already poured on the counter to get cold while the fresh pot brews. Then fills this half cold cup with half hot coffee and this is what I was served. Starbucks can't be bothered with ensuring fresh hot coffee. They got coffee, you'll get coffee. That's all that matters right? Tease me with a fresh pot and gave me a Luke warm might as well have been cold cup.

Standard Starbucks. Friendly and fast service, lots of seating, many outlets. Great place to hang out and relax between meetings or classes.

Terrible Starbucks, possibly the worst one I have ever been too. It is dirty, crowded, and I waited 15 minutes for a iced tea that wasn't even filled up all the way by the lazy employees. I recommend the Peets on Stanford campus instead.
