The best CVS in the entirety of the world. The employees are great, always so friendly and respectful. They are so friendly in fact that one of the employees gave me his AirPods after he got the new ones. CVS customer for life

Great pharmacy. I have been using them for years. Never had a problem with my medications. Always on time and very friendly customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! they are not organized the pharmacist had the rudest and meanest customer service, in addition the pharmacist that so call helped me used hand gesture waving to the side to move along at a drive thru not even in store after waiting over 25 minutes the pharmacist had the mordacity to not listen to me at all. You call this customer service I call this the worst pharmacy I have ever been too.

Never had an issue at CVS unless the Dr. didn’t send the order in.

So I got a prescription and on the day I was told it would be ready. It wasn’t, that’s fine I went in the next day like they told me. Over a week later I still don’t have it. They didn’t communicate to me why until I used customer support. They were on back order and didn’t tell me that. I wouldn’t have wasted gas every day to come by and get my prescription they didn’t have. They told me that someone didn’t order the right kind or they told me that they gave it away. Very disappointed, used them for 7 years and going to switch.

Never seen a worst, less caring pharmacist. Just picked up serious medication, and he starts walking away before I'm done asking questions and fails to mention some very, very serious side affects. Never coming here again.

Me, my husband and my kids have been coming to this pharmacy for 10 years. We have never experienced such a horrendous act of poor customer service like yesterday. My 6 year old daughter is crying from a miserable ear infection while waiting in line with my husband to pick up her prescription. My husband is called to the pick up line. The pharmacists asks him for her DOB and he gives her the CORRECT date of birth and her name (which is very unique). She proceeds to tell him that she does not exist in the system, and that he needs to go back to urgent care to have them re-send a prescription because "they never received it". My husband explains that he won't make it there and back in time before closing and kindly asks if she can call to confirm that it was sent through. She says that she does not have internet, therefore cannot call the urgent care. Now I know what you're all thinking, "how do you not have internet but you receive ELECTRONIC prescriptions?" MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Mind you, she is going back and forth with my husband about her not existing in the system, they do not take our insurance, etc. She was being difficult for absolutely NO REASON. When they DO take our insurance as we were just there 2 days ago picking up medication for our other daughter. That's neither here nor there. My husband got angry at this point and DEMANDED her supervisors name so he can report her degrading behavior. Her response was "why do you need to file a complaint" and tells him to "just" go back to urgent care and have them resend it. Clearly she is insensitive to the fact that my child is screaming bloody murder from pain. My husband calls urgent care himself, they confirm her birthdate is correct and that an prescription was sent to this CVS. ONLY THEN did the pharmacist say that they have a prescription but the birthdate is wrong. SO THE WHOLE TIME you knew this and you just pretended like there was no prescription? So instead of being kind and courteous to your patient, you will lie to them and force them to come back the next day only to suffer all night from pain that could be prevented from simple communication? Urgent care fixed the mistake on their end and the prescription was filled. But after 20 minutes of back and forth and lack of communication and lack of empathy on her end. I called today to speak to a supervisor. I was told that they DO NOT have a supervisor. The pharmacist on the phone said she can help me. So I explained to her what happened. She tells me that there was nothing the other pharmacist could do because the birthdate was wrong. I am now losing it because clearly they are not understanding the error of their actions. I said to her "I am a nurse, I know that the prescription was put in with the wrong DOB and I understand that she couldn't fill it, the problem is she lied, she said that there was no prescription but there was, she did not want to help resolve the mistake instead she wanted my husband to go all the way across town with a crying child because she didn't have internet, when clearly you do. She said she does not take our insurance and tried to charge my husband $23.19 for the antibiotic, when clearly you DO take our insurance. She lacked compassion, she lacked respect and failed to deliver proper care" the pharmacist said "ok I will tell the supervisor".... yet again another lie that was told by the pharmacist from last night who claimed there was no supervisor. Seriously CVS, do better!!!! Teach your pharmacists proper patient care, respect and basic communication skills!

All the 1 star reviews are right. This place is horrible. No responsibility to the patient. Their attitudes are absolutely trash from the Pharmacist to the techs. They just dont care at all.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. No organization, no responsibility, no communication, they just flat out don't care. I called in a refill for my breathing steroids. I was told it would be ready by noon ( same day ). I get off work and go in and the pharmacy tech tells me they don't have any of my medication, they have been out for a couple days. Then why didnt she tell me when I ordered the refill? This is the 3rd time something like this has happened with this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

When we first moved our prescriptions from the other CVS on Temecula pkwy in 2019, everything was amazing. Never had an issue. Pharmacists were great, pharmacy techs were even better and the store was clean and stocked. I am not sure what happened but I have my suspicions. Perhaps the two pharmacists that were at the other Temecula pkwy came over to ghost one and completely screwed it up. I hate this place now. Our e-scripts take days to process even when we call to confirm they received them. The pharmacists are not friendly. I will be moving pharmacies again and this time away from any CVS in Temecula.
