Whoever designed the parking lot, for sure was low bid. The design of the torrance Costco lot is horrible. The way they designed the lines for the gas station are horrible as well.

Always crowded. The price isn't bad, but the lines are horrendous. The guide/security isn't usually a help since lots of drivers ignore the guide. You may be stuck trying to get gas + car wash for at least 30min if it's busy.

Today I got up early to fill up my tank on my pick up truck before the rush starts for the holiday weekend. I get to Costco and they are out of diesel fuel? I couldn't believe it. I wish there was an easier way to find out they are out of diesel fuel instead of wasting my time driving there and seeing the sign not till you go through the mini maze of getting gas there. That is my only complaint!

Besides the long lines, Costco is always my go-to for gas and of course, i can always stop and wash my car for 7.99. not bad.

Costco gas is always value of money. Quality is also good. Torrance Costco has 5 sets of gas filling bays with total capacity of 28 simultaneous cars. It is always quite crowded all throughout the week. The traffic to gas station inside Costco area is not that well managed though. I like the car wash as well. Decently priced and nice machine car wash.

The gas prices are fantastic. The way the gas station is situated, not so much. What are you gonna do? It's unavoidable that it's like this and it's mostly the human element that messes things up (i.e. the people who think they're more important than others). The staff, God bless them, try to help navigate the cars as much as possible but seriously, it's the people waiting to get gas. If you are impatient and are not aware of your surroundings, do not come to this gas station. I know that it's going to be a wait. I know that the line to even get in is a hassle. Do not get in the line and leave a full cars length in front of you. I mean don't ride someone's bumper but move up closer. Also, I get that it's a wait but don't choose this as an opportunity to go on your phone. Really. This is the most common thing I see and honestly, the line would move faster if those people weren't in line. So expect the wait, expect those people, and be patient. If you can't, no one needs you yelling because you aren't patient (I've seen that too). Also, just don't be those people.

It's a well laid out Costco gas station, no complaints there. However, they really should put a ban on semi trucks here. There are three right now that have been here for about 20-30 minutes fuelling up and blocking others from using the pump. It would be better to have a separate section for semi trucks

The gas pump was going very slow i complained an was told its like that some times. Then another gas attendent came over an agreed it seemed exceptionly slow. He walk away then came back saing maybe the filter is clogged they had changed 2 other pumps filters that same day. 3 cars filled up an left before the gas going into my car came flowing out it didnt shut off. I asked for a superviser he took my name, phone # an my complaint. I was being charged $ 114.00 for 20.8 gallons of gas. My car is a 2007 honda pilot. It has a gas tank that totally bone dry is 20.4 gallons. I had drove in. Still waiting for a call back. WARNING IF THE PUMP IS PUMPING TOO SLOW TELL THE AN ASK TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PUMP YOUR PAYING FOR GAS YOUR PUMP IS SHORTING YOU.

Best price, convenient location, and this is a plus of having the membership. Even when lines look large, waiting time is not greater than 5 minutes. Enjoy your visit!
