The staff here was very slow. Took my mobile order 20+ minutes to come out. Meanwhile I watched people come in, order, get their food and leave. They kept telling me my order was being made but it never was. Idk what happened but it was a bad experience.

The late night crew is awesome. I stop here every Friday on my way home to SD from Disney and the young lady is very nice and pleasant. The party pack of tacos ARE crunchy and freshly made. Favorite meal at 1:00am

Plastic was found in burrito! I wish never ordered. The nachos poorly made. Not even made to order specifics. Burrito : just straight beans and there were no modifications. Quesadilla just straight chicken and tortilla. NOTHING ELSE. And there were no modifiers. Don’t go here. They don’t care

My chelupas were cold and stale. I feel nauseated. Work all day serving the public to get lazy service for my late meal. So sad. 🤢 😫 🤮......yeah I just puked!

I ate here more than Del Taco, just cause it had more items I enjoyed eating but that was early 2018 and late 2019. Essentially I haven't been there for atleast 2 years. The food was alright, great for when I wanted something to snack on but to have lunch there and get a combo? Nah. Just get something from the value menu, which I don't think they have now but they did have it then. Other than that, it was sufficient enough for me. P.S. why would the corporation of Taco Bell ever decide to have limited time items just ADD them to the menu. This is not a message to the locations of Taco Bell, but the people who decide what stays, what goes, and gets added in the menu. Thank you.

Its Taco Bell, what were you expecting? This location's grease traps need some TLC. Customers can smell it at the drive thru window. Must be that Taco Smell. Parking: Wouldnt recommend leaving your car unlocked. Homeless frequent this area.

Drive through person not paying attention asked for Sierra mist with my order got water and the amount was 13.70 gave her 15.00 and got back 1.20 , don't care about the .10 but stop playing around and get the order right its not rocket science and you guys want 20.00 an hour . People are getting paid to much for being under qualified

This is one of the best Taco Bells. My drive thru order is never wrong. Food is still hot when I get home. Every employee I've dealt with here is always pleasant and helpful. I asked a question of the young man taking out trash and he gladly replied with the info I asked for. Love this Taco Bell as a quick stop on the way home to grab dinner.

So when you don't have the staff to have the lobby open at 7pm on a Saturday you need to update the system so we know not to visit. Placing orders and sitting in the drive though for 20 minutes isn't OK. Welcome to Taco Bell's corporate test/demo location! Plant-based beef (PBB) on limited trial for a week or so 4/21/2021, subbed for ground beef at no charge (!) on request in person or drive-thru NOT app or kiosk (for the test). I think they got this right! Very good flavor, different from the Del Taco product, pea/chickpea based. Dine-in completely open again-the newest design; self-serve drinks, wifi good. Also excellent, friendly staff that helped me with what was in this new product so I could understand it. As good a megachain experience as I've had, and I think it bodes well for the fast food future!

4 stars for quick service! Friendly and helpful staff. Not every irder comes out right on the first try, but hey...it's Taco Bell!
