I went to Auto Zone this morning because I needed new wiper blades for my car. As I was walking through the door, I saw your employee Ian. Since we were in the same place at the same time, I explained that I needed help finding the correct size for my Acura. As he approached his computer, I noticed that he signed in for the day. I quicky apologized, because I had no idea that he was just arriving for the day. Ian never missed a beat. He was so helpful. He looked up my car, found the part, and walked me to the isle, where they were located. He even recommended some brands. After I finished paying, he offered to install them for me. As, he was completing the replacement, I asked him how long he had been working at AUTO ZONE. He told me that I was actually his 1st customer, and that today was his first day on the job. I was so impressed. He never mentioned anything, while he was walking through the door. He never tried to brush me off, so he could sign in. He was professional from start to finish. I never take the time to write reviews, but today, after my interaction with Ian I just had to say something. THANK YOU Ian, for making my experience at your store such a pleasant one. You have a great employee on your hands AUTO ZONE!

I just needed a code reader for my van to see what the emergency light was. The manager wasn't incredibly helpful but one of the employees explained to me how to use their particular code reader. I gave it five stars because of the employee. Also because they had the code reader that I could borrow which saved me $40 or $50.

I came in to get a new headlight bulb hoping they could also change it for me. Anthony M said he'd try and had it changed in under 2 minutes. He then pointed out the other side wasn't working and took an extra few minutes to change that side as well. I really appreciate him taking his time and saving me the hassle of making a repair appointment somewhere else. I'll definitely be back for future needs!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Katelyn and the whole team. We had battery trouble while on vacation from Indiana. Katelyn took care of us immediately. She quickly tested the battery and charging system, diagnosed the problem, and found a replacement. Especially notable was her willingness to provide information and recommendation on the product of a competitor (as a certain product was not in stock). Another employee (maybe Jacob?) installed the new battery. He was also wonderful. Very positive and professional. This place was a Godsend.
