Awesome and helpful staff. This store has 2 stores in one. They have the regular Redwing store,and then they have a Redwing outlet store. I found a discontinued shoe from 3 years ago. Give them a visit first.

Boots can be brought in for various repairs and maintenence for free in many cases, extending the life of the boots. While these boots tend to be more expensive than some others, it is my opinion that you get more than your moneys worth considering how long they last. I have always gone to the store in Upland and the service there has always been great.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I love the product and have been buying it for years but not any more. Today December 18, 2021 myself and my 17 and 16 year old daughters where there today to buy my husband Christmas gift and a rude worker called the cops on us for not putting on a mask on. It is not the Law to have to do this act! I will Not be buying this product anymore do to this very inappropriate act! By the way you can only imagine how my daughters felt! And the cop was upset with the store because they obviously don’t know what a emergency is!! And told me we didn’t do anything wrong.

I bought a nice pair of boots here the other day. I got them on sale usually 135 bucks . Got them out the door for 50 . I love this place . Great service. The manager Adam is the best he knows his boots and can answer any questions you might have. His employees are great as well the other Adam is vrry informative and can answer any questions you have. I love that they will oil and replace your laces for free of the life of the boots.
