If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. Do not give this store your business the one on harbison is much better. Beware if you are not buying the tracking service they are sending your packages usps. Might as well take your packages to the post office and cut out the middle man Extremely disappointed.

Place has lazy workers. I had been to many UPS stores and this place lacks the support from the workers. All I wanted to do was to pay with my UPS acct with my acct # in hand and was told I cannot do that. I'm sure they can like many other UPS stores I've been too, but I know they just don't want to work by their lazy gestures. They referred me to another non UPS store and say that they can help me. I asked for the address and they told me to just Google it! Looks like this UPS won't be getting any of my business.

I had a difficult time enlarging a glass pattern. They did it for me perfect. They went the extra step to see that it was perfect.
