Greetings and attention to the store Managers Adrian, noel and Janet who I believe also is a manager for the vitamin department. I’ve been going to Lassens for many years and I’ve always received great customer service until this afternoon. I was extremely disappointed I approached this young man who I believe his name is Mike. I asked if he can help me and he acknowledge me and said he was helping someone and will return once done. We were all on the same aisle and he told the gentlemen that what he was looking for can only be purchased at a pharmacy he was done.So I’m standing waiting and then he goes on and leaves and doesn’t acknowledge me to help like he said he would. He then goes and starts chatting with his team members. So what I want to say is I felt he only wanted to help who he wanted to help. I found that rude and really bad customer service especially when I’m not standing far from this (Mike)person. I then go to the next aisle and approach a young lady I believe Jes or Jasmine and she was very helpful. What I want to bring to your attention is that I hope your employee doesn’t have a high horse and should be able to help anyone not just who he chooses who he wants to help due to how they look. If this is the case he shouldn’t be hired because he is representing your company. I’m a manager and to me this is the upmost important thing customer service. To this employee Mike why are you working a customer service job? If you see people trying to reach for something your taller or ma’am can I help you with that? By the way a lady dropped something she couldn’t really reach. Asking your customers “ Did you fine or get help with what you needed” something but it’s sad because this employee has lots to learn and not consistent. I also called the store and ask to speak with a manager and they weren't available so I can address it. Thank you!

Terrible place to work or shop, will always cost you something extra, be it money or happiness and peace. So not worth it, Sprouts is superior. Trader Joe's too. Everyone knows this. It's laughable how bad this place is, can't even fix their own sign. Remove the letter 'L' and the letter 'N' from their name....That's who they are.

Staff discriminate against non white people. Asked several staff for help and they ignored me. A white lady walked in and the staff approached, greeted her and asked if they could help.

If I were able to give 0 stars I would, Worst service tried asking someone for help and just got ignored, there was a lady in the same aisle I was in and they approached her very nicely and asked her if she needed anything. Never shopping there again.

Same old Lassens They have 4 girls standing around doing nothing I ordered a smoothie at the deli And another four deli workers but no one can make my smoothie Waited 15 minutes for a smoothie And asked if someone was making it and was lied to Same old same old Terrible service Owners are never there to supervise

This is the only place where I can find good Tea Tree Oil. This store is nice and clean. Stocked with all kinds of vitamins and oils. Like the place but they are too pricey for my pocketbook.

I come here to find healthier alternatives, gluten-free, lactose-free, organic. Sure its more expensive but better quality. I also come here for the supplement section; they have some brands on sale occasionally and I take advantage of that. I get sandwiches and fresh juices/smoothies sometimes there too, but sometimes it gets busy and have to wait longer than I want to. Overall, I'm glad they have this store in Ventura.

We love this store! As others have shared, it’s super expensive (see my pics) but amazing quality. I wish that all food was like Lassen’s. They have such great quality! If you’re looking for organic food this is your store! We primarily come here to get organic eggs. They have a huge variety to choose from. I’m very impressed with the selection that Lassen’s carries. You can get your vitamins here, ice cream, produce, meat and milk. The store is always clean. As a neat freak I highly appreciate how clean the store is. Don’t take my word, see it yourself.

Great place to get interesting items you wouldn't find anywhere else. Plus the staff is always really friendly and helpful. If you need supplements, go during the day for fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Their smoothies from the deli are delicious, too!
