I have a vehicle that was hit in a parking lot and got a scrape on the left rear fender and I brought it to Caliber Collision for repairs. The service was superb from the moment I walked into the office. My service technician was Tommy and he explained completely the entire process for how our vehicle would be repaired. He called me regularly to keep me abreast on how the repairs were progressing. When the vehicle was done, it was just like a new vehicle. This is a great place to do business with. They assured me that my car had been road tested and that it was fine. It clearly wasn't road tested and 2 days after picking up and driving on the interstate, I was scared to death- my car was shaking and all over the road. Wasn't sure I was going to make it home. My second service advisor Gina was super nice, and did a better job at keeping me informed. There were a few times I had to call for an update, then I was supposed to receive a call in the morning to confirm the repairs were going to be completed, and get a call at almost 5:00pm, hey its ready. No way to pick it up had to stay in the rental 2 extra days. All in all Gina did a good job keeping me posted, the reason for the review is how much sanding dust is in the interior. It's under the seat, in the glove box, in the area where the spare tire is stored, on top of the visors, etc. That means its in the ducts and everytime I turn on the arie I am going to get to breathe it. Pretty disappointing for a car with 2500 miles on it.
