Robert Bartolo is the best mechanic ever! Robert has taken care of my automotive needs for the last decade. I highly recommend coming here for all of your automotive needs. Thank you Robert!

I usually never write reviews, but this place was FANTASTIC. Fast, professional, and affordable. Chris was phenomenal, he was very helpful, and had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I left feeling great about my vehicle, and great about the people working on it. Overall, outstanding work and employees!

Job done horribly. Not european car friendly. Had parts replaced with bad materials, had my side skirt cracked when they took it into the garage, and oil change wasn’t done properly, to much oil was put in (car notified me with unsafe engine oil levels). I went to get my SMOG check done, ended up failing the test. Inspector found that the mechanic stuffed a rubber plug into the transmission fluid tube instead of putting my transmission cap back and replacing the lock that holds the cap. Ended up having to purchase another cap from my dealer since the mechanic took it.

Robert is amazing once again! I didn't realize my brakes were bad until last week. He scheduled me on right away and fix my brakes and rotors. Fast, polite, great prices, and trustworthy!

I've know Robert from another friend's that recommended him a few years ago. Robert did a lot of work for me, as I understand mechanics work myself. I don't have most of the tools I needed, like he has so, I hire him when I needed a specialty works in 2 of my vehicles. And In my book and guesstimate's hes been straight forward and honest in what he had done for me. Now you know.

Absolute crooks. I have previous experience as a mechanic and I do anything I can on my car to save money and to know it's been done right. But when it comes to alignment I don't have a 25k$ alignment rack so I take it to have it done. I had just installed new suspension on my 1984 Toyota pickup and it needed an alignment so I took it to tri city who were just down the street. Robert gave me a low quote for just adjusting the toe and a high quote for camber, caster, and toe and said this is the right way to do it. I had also had him adjust my new pitman arm which was part of the alignment and steering. I went with the full adjustment and came back about 4 hours later. When I got back I received no printout for my alignment which I realized one I got home. I called the next day and requested it and they wouldn't supply me with it. I demanded it and Robert finally printed it up. They had used a totally different vehicle than mine was because their system didn't go back to 1984. Also he had charged me the full price and only made toe adjustments. He had told me after I got the printout the others were unadjustable on my vehicle which is not true. My vehicle was suffering from caster being out of spec and steering not properly returning to center after a turn. Robert had also not supplied me with a caster spec on the printout. I again demanded I get a caster spec and was finally able to put the truck back on the rack. The spec he supplied me for the "good range" was a false spec and mine was way out of spec. After saying there was nothing he could do I also inspected my adjustable pitman arm which he had beat with a hammer and damaged one of the cups after installing it wrong. I ended up going to another place to get my alignment adjusted properly and it has been driving much better since. Don't go to this shade tree shop. They are just looking to get things done quick and make whatever they can off of you.

Took my car in and was told I needed an entire new engine the explanation "american cars suck". Took my car the same day to the dealership, turns out I only needed new spark plugs. Total scam! they also gave me the coupon for the free diagnostics, and when I picked up my car they still charged me the $100. Don't go here.

They have done a good job for me several times. I did my research the first time I went to them and they had the best prices. The latest visit they tried to charge me $40 more than they told me on the phone. When I caught it they did a refund and charged me the quoted amount but they never could give me a satisfactory reason. Had I not been paying attention I would have been out of luck.

I've been a client since 2012, since then I usually recommend them to my family and friends! They are true to their customers, they would tell honestly which you should pay attention to your car. They will give you options and will not forget your loyalty! Keep it up guys, you're doing a great job!

First time customer and was not hugely impressed with being ignored for five minutes so the person behind the counter could chat about his vacation. However, one they helped us they were efficient and helpful plugging out tire and getting it back on our car.
