When I arrived the staff was talking among themselves and didn't even take the time to greet. I waited and they told me that they were busy. You could tell they were not having a conversation with a client. Then, I was told that in order for them to help me they needed to locate my account when I was told by T-Mobile that all I needed was to simply drop my labeled box and get a receipt. I left and the next day drove to UPS which was fast and easy.

The Store from palesent hill calld this Store .I call no response . I was buying a I phone 14 the system was showing this Store has two in Stock I came to Walnut Creek Store. Intering the Store no asking for help After a waiting I got response from a lady her name was Rasha. She was not friendly at all. I ask her questions she was not willing to answer. I left the store. Without get help. I will complain by cooperat office.

I switched to T-Mobile from AT&T 4 years ago and never been happier: excellent service, great reception, no roaming charges and data access overseas, a lot of perks, huge discounts on new phones. Updated 3/14/22. Because of T-Mobile I paid $400.00 to switch from Note 20 Ultra to Galaxy S22 Ultra(256GB).

I recently called about some tech support questions and every time I tried to explain myself and what I needed I was met with a bad attitude and ending with "I know what I'm talking about". You should, you work there, that's why I'm asking questions. Waste of time.

I was just at this location trying to upgrade my watch and they treated me like I have the bubonic Plague. Made me stand way too far from the countertop and asked me to reach over with out touching anything to give her my ID. I was just at the T-moble off oak Grove and they didn't treat me like this. I dont think ill ever go to this location ever again. I get that covid is a thing and you should be cautious. But, I can sanitize the counter if asked to. I can sanitize my hands when I come in. I can do a lot of things to make sure everything i touch is clean. This experience was ridiculous. I left feeling like I was covid-19.

I came over from AT&T to my wife’s plan on T-mobile because they were having a $700 off promotion for eligible iPhones with a trade-in. I followed all the guides to the “T” to make sure I would get this promotion. After several billing cycles of being charged for the portion of the phone that was supposed to be covered by the promotion, and after several calls with T-mobile billing, I finally went into the store for help. The manager, Ken, told me to my face that he would help rectify this situation but just needed some time to reach out to the promotions team. When I followed up with him he LIED to me and told me I bought the phone one day outside of the promotion, which was utter nonsense. Ken couldn’t have been more uninterested in T-mobile trying to scam me out of my promotion. I finally found a resolution with an agent through Facebook messenger of all places, which just goes to show that Ken did in fact lie as I was within the promotional guidelines. Don’t go here if you want to deal with shady business practice and and a manager who gives you the runaround!
