The staff is very helpful. However was out of stock on a few items that I wanted to purchase.

Bought a battery and alternator there and was told we could return alternator if it wasn't needed. It sat in my trunk for a week until I could get in in to a mechanic. It wasn't needed and was never opened and they tried to say it looked used. Guess they must have sold us a used one then. Won't be shopping there anymore.

Went to get a vacuum hose and they did not seem to know from my example what they were looking at, they could not find me one, so I took a piece of another vacuum line in my truck and fixed my own problem. Employees not to bright on vacuum hoses.

Always have what my car needs. Staff is super helpful and anything that isnt in stock they always get from a different store same day usually.

Good service. I had ordered the wrong part, and hadn't gotten around to installing it for a few months. They exchanged the part for me without any problems, and it was a special order part.

Me most useless mechanic there is had to ask these guys a million questions. They answered all of them without acting annoyed. Great customer service.

Place closes exactly at 8pm. Giving 5 stars only because the staff is friendly and customer service driven, except at 8:01pm. Then they just shrug at you with a "Sorry, you're SOL. We're closed" look.
