O'Reilly is a reliable place for parts and accessories. I once bought a starter and installed it incorrectly. Then lest than a year later it failed (due to my own incompetence) and needed to get it replaced again. However I was 2.5 hours away from home in a parking lot no where near an O'Reilly Auto Parts. So I called them and told them where I was, and they brought me a new one free of charge. I installed the second one correctly. And haven't had a problem with it since. O'Reilly has your back.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I just have to share my experience. I was at the coffee shop across the parking lot when my car wouldn’t start. Someone suggested walking over to oreilly to see if they would walk over with the battery box. The girl said sure and came right out, but my car wouldn’t start, we kept trying and thank god she wouldn’t give up and went and got their little work truck to jump.. when that was struggling she told me next she’d get her own car. Needless to say she got me started and even closed up my hood. Wow I was so grateful for her rescue! I don’t think she honestly realizes. I hope her boss treats her well ❤️

I will not ever come here again because Gustavo is very rude and very unprofessional. I came in recently and he is just awful. Everyone else is great besides him. One star still for Gustavo being rude and unprofessional. Please talk to him about how he talks to people because he treated me very poorly.
