This place reminded me of my dear sweet love for tacos. Such a glorious food... I sometimes wonder if it were not tacos that grew upon the great tree in the garden of eden that gave mankind knowledge of good and evil. Because to know a taco, is to truly know goodness.

The food is awesome! Really friendly folks and you can get chips and salsa before your meal. (At least the last time I was here. ) If you want good Mexican food and a small friendly restaurant THIS IS THE PLACE! I highly recommend this restaurant. It's worth the drive for the good food and generous portions.

Once last year the chicken in our meals tasted like fish. Strong sense of cross-contamination and we were unable to finish our meals. We always order pickup so it is a hassle to make the trip back if we discover something wrong with the food when we get back. There have been multiple times we've gone in the past and the order was wrong, but that happens lots of places so we usually let that slide. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a steak wet burrito and it is filled with ground beef. What kind of taqueria uses ground beef as "asada"??? I will not be going back.
