I called in and was told I did not need to set delivery. After a few days I called back to make sure everything was ok… Then she said I needed to set an appointment so I set it up for Friday. When Friday came around I called in and they said “there was no record of an appointment” these guys have no idea whats going on and run their business like a circus. Take anything they say with a grain of salt. And make you you get names so you can hold people accountable later. Terrible customer service.

Worst shipping company, they have options for 2 day shipping but then dont respect it. They tell you its your problem with the company you purchased shipping from but its there shipping method. I ordered 2 day shipping for 500$ and it takes them almost 1 week to deliver a package. Plus yhe package arrived in Sacramento on friday but wasnt loaded into the warehouse till monday and they try to lie to you and give themselves more time. Worst logistics company i have ever had to work with. If I can sue them I will.

Had a 4 day delivery scheduled, then pushed to a week, then delivery never showed up. Now they try to say it was delivered when tracking shows it's in their Sacramento warehouse. This is a business delivery, I have to tell my customers they can't do their job because this delivery company is a week behind and don't care.

I am very dissatisfied, when I booked your company, the estimated time was 4 days, but never arrived on time and have been delayed. Now I have waited for the eighth day and I still have not received a notice when will be arrive , I call customer service , they don not know when will be delivered ,they only tell me is arrived on Sacramento terminal , but they can not find out which dock are currently in !

Like many other people mention they lack integrity and empathy. They give you a 4-Hour window with a set appointment and then decide not to deliver yet they will not let you know. They are a no call no show company. Don't even try to mention it to management either as they've got zero compassion or empathy or integrity. They just flat out and don't care.

My shipment was delayed twice, with no information until I called and waited on hold for ages to find out what was going on. Shipment left outside when it was supposed to be inside (very stressful - it was in direct sun and was not supposed to be), but after calling, they returned and placed it inside.

Had a Very Last minute issue, I got in touch with Estes who had a very important part needed for a job- They helped me to figure out my best option as far as timing, (Will call or delivery) and even made my delivery a priority on such short notice- I couldn't be more thankful for their help this morning. I will give the Final star once it arrives! Fingers Crossed! Update: as Promised, Final Star Given! Delivery was made and in a timely fashion, Even had the driver contact me. Thank you Estes Sacramento!

Just received the delivery for Home Depot purchase. Drove over the yard and carried all the mud on the driveway. Didn't even apologize or offer to try fixing the issue. Plus they were scheduled to deliver yesterday for which I waited all day and was not notified of the change in delivery date until last in the evening. The one star is for receiving a call this morning 20 minutes before the delivery.

It is my opinion that Estes has stolen my freight. They claim it was delivered yet cannot prove it because the driver magically did not track any of his deliveries that day. There is zero accountability of my freight anywhere on record other than the driver's word that it was delivered. No standard delivery or tracking protocols were followed, yet Estes will not even own up to one ounce of their lack of accountability. Here's what happened.. From spending about 4 hours on the phone between being transferred to different Estes folk all over the country and on hold over the course of the past couple weeks, all I've gleaned from Estes is that the driver said he delivered it. Except that, he didn't turn on his truck's GPS tracking that day, so they have no way to prove where he was that whole day. Oh, and he didn't take a picture as proof of delivery, also one of their standard practices according to an Estes rep. And he never placed a phone call when he was 30 minutes out from delivery which I'm told is supposed to happen. The tracking number I have still even says to check back later for updates! But yet, they told Home Depot that they delivered it so their word is law and that's all they have to say about that. When you see those ads on Craigslist or similar sites for brand new appliances for dirt cheap or other big box store items that would normally ship freight, they probably come from dishonest freight workers who have made a hefty profit from stealing from residential customers because they can just claim it was delivered without ever having to actually prove it. Hopefully someone out there is enjoying my fenced goods at a discount and their lives are improved, that at least would be one small comfort. If you have the misfortune of having an online order potentially ship through this carrier, do yourself a favor and choose the ship to store option instead.

WORST. COMPANY. EVER. Delivered 1/2 of a Pergola after apparently dropping it several times and rescheduling 3 times. The last excuse was, "It didn't make it on the truck today". Whaaaaat?? They never found the rest of it. Delivered a new, complete Pergola 2 weeks later, refused to put in the backyard and the driver actually asked me if there was anyone who could help him because it was really heavy. Then refused to pick it up the damaged one because we didn't package it for them. All 200+ lbs of wood. We had to pay a junk removal company to get rid of it.
