I don't give out many five start reviews, but they deserved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were fast and efficient. I had an appt for a passport and they were ready when I walked in. Once that was done I also mailed two packages. My total time spent there was 20 mins. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ask for a 6" piece of tape and was told I could buy a roll for $4. You never had that problem with fedex before. Both times I've been here I've had terrible customer service

Just want to say thanks for shipping my package that was supposed to be sent to Murrieta all the way to San Marcos. Just in time for Easter. And you wonder why people wanted USPS defunded? Its situations like this that make people think the election was stolen.

Best Post Office in the Inland Valley! Super fast and rarely busy. Staff is also friendly and helpful. I mail a lot of packages, letters frequently. Highly recommend.

Got here at 4:28 and they were already closed! It starts they close at 430!! I just needed to drop something off and get an acceptance receipt!!

Sometimes they don't deliver mail on random days, which is pretty inconvenient if you're expecting a check, present for someone or run a business from your home and also inconvenient if you have something outbound. Sometimes they stuff packages so tightly inside the mailbox that you have to cut the box to get it out. They miscategorize how packages are delivered (saying it was delivered by hand to resident when it, in fact, was delivered to the mailbox), packages are sometimes wet inside the mailbox. I've never had a more upsetting experience with something that should be as simple as having mail delivered.
